Just found out abt this a day ago, but apparently if you're holding the chaos control button before getting an energy capsule, the energy duplicates. After you immediately use chaos control from holding the button while getting the capsule, after its over you get another full gauge
Does chaos spearing any enemy before destroying them provide more meter to the chaos control gauge? Was just wondering if there was an extra design incentive to hitting enemies with chaos spear before striking them or if the attack simply just stuns enemies
Chaos spear in terms of enemies, is only meant to stun them primarly for more defensive ones like the ones with spikes so that you can homing attack them and gain meter for chaos control. They dont add on to the meter
the extra design incentive is to preserve momentum mid air by using spears. its either a tiny coding error or purposeful but that's a staple feature in speedruns, doesnt matter if it hits sth or not insane run!
I couldn’t imagine doing this stage without a side of crispy chicken wings
Worse tragedy than Maria's death

Shadow can actually preserve all of his momentum on rails, just let go of the left stick and all his momentum gets preserved into his jumps
@@traktor420 Thanks. I was not aware of that tbh.
I'll keep that in mind for future speedruns.

I'm pretty sure you didn't use a single power!
Scratch that
