The honesty and vulnerability of Matthew is astounding! I really appreciate him letting us into his emotions. You dont always hear this type of emotion coming from someone in a special forces unit.
Penetrating head trauma, particularly high velocity, very rarely results in any sort of recovery. In GSW type survivability is about 8%. Massive respect to these guys doing their best in the worst of situations
History, please allow the complete "The Warfighters" episodes on RUclips to be watched in other countries as well. I keep getting an error saying that those videos are not available here (Brazil).
You see the Raw emotion on the guy with the curly hairs face man , that’s how much this stuff means too that man ….. Rangers lead the way!!!! Love you all brothers from across the pond
The ability of these medics was the key for saving their wounded comrade..intubation in a controlled environment is not easy, what more during these situations..Kudos!
Navy corpsman myself 1982-1986. During C school our instructors kept telling us, yes this is a lot of information to absorb, but it would come back if or when we were in battle. I often wonder how I would do under fire, working on a teammate, grace of God no conflicts while I was in 1982-1986. Just mad respect for Medics, Corpsman, everyone who stepped up when asked too. thank you for your service. Sincerely. Pops'
Our heroes are priceless makes me cry knowing so many people abuse our budget when that money can be used for our heroes. OUR ANGELS ON EARTH TAKING DOWN ENEMIES AGAINST HUMAN KIND. We've all been on these types of missions before. At that age I knew I could pull off mission impossible and would get offended when it was implied that I shouldn't go through with it. I wasn't wrong by any means, but as an older man, I do realize how ridiculous a lot of those missions were.
@@DwightIchabod Sniper in the 101st. We pretty much planned most of our own missions considering we were part of HHC and no one in our company had any idea what snipers did or how to use them. Most of the dumb situations we found ourself in was trying to set up hide sights in really dangerous areas where you had a huge chance of being compromised and having to run for your life.

Mad respect to medics and corpsmans, saving lives and being able to work with something gruesome without passing out.
