Requesting Delhi government to add mulch in all flower carry. It reduces dust. And you can create mulch from tree planted inside cities, when you trim them annually or half yearly.

I think this is appreciable given how bad cities are generally. However, it STILL falls short of where we need to be. These footpaths are not designed for wheelchair or baby pram users to go around independently, they still have steps on crossings. The red stone/cement sitting benches or tree guards come in the middle of any wheelchair or pram movement. So, not quite international standard. Given it is a small part of our capital, we are way behind where we should be as a country. Sorry, I like that you posted about this, but had to say this.

These all places are beautiful, but what about outside New Delhi Railway Station and Paharganj area that should be upgraded or atleast kept clean, i took my Uncle from Goa to Delhi for the first time and he's first impression looking at those areas was like "Is this the Capital City of India" so dirty, however later he was stunned with Delhi's infrastructure, Vip areas and Metro System, but the first impression of outside New Delhi Railway Station and Paharganj area was not good at all.
There is work going on New Grand Railway station
Yeah sad state of affairs. It is hotspot for travelers. Then they will have wrong impression of India and delhi as a whole.
That whole area should be walking only and make the cables underground. Also sweep the streets. So much garbage there, its disgusting...

This is inner ring road. It is very smooth and you won't find many potholes on it. It is a 3+3 lanes road. At every 2-3 km there is a flyover.

Actually this is part of post independence culture which was too liberal to be responsible. Emphasis used to be on somehow completing the work rather than be adamant for good design which needs some sacrifice of space and personal convenience somewhere. That culture has now become part of our thought process. A European will never compromise on design even if it is costlier or inconvinient during planning.
