      Great Video - but I wouldn't advise to immerse your fingers in an ultrasonic bath as it causes cell/muscle damage to your fingers.

      Actually not the best as they violate rule number in ultrasonic cleaning. Never place items directly into the the tank. Use a proper basket or hang items via string or clips to suspend them so they don't touch the tank walls to reduce tank damage. Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter

    Do you know if there is a simple way to modify the frequencies +/- 2 Khertzs of cheap ultrasonic cleaners to add sweep frequency functionality? I wonder given the relationship between voltage and frenquencies if a simple manual voltage potentiometer could work. If that would not work, what are simple way of achieving this?

    Hello, I am making this and have a question. Does the size of the vessel/container make a difference in performance? I'm wondering if having a larger container makes the amplitude or 'strength' of the ultrasonic weaker. Also, does the placement of the transducer matter? I'm curious what happens if it is asymmetric.
    Excellent video! Thank you

    Interesting video however refrain from placing items in your ultrasonic unit without a tray! The vibration of objects directly in your ultrasonic tank can make microscopic damage to the tank walls and degrade your unit. Always use a basket or hang items with a string or clip so its not touching the tank. Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter

    Excellent video! In the control diagram, I am in doubt on Tr1, is it receiving two voltage levels? At the output of the MOSFETs there is a capacitor arrangement and a rectangle with a V inside, is it a resistor or what element is it? Another thing, any recommendations to be able to see the files? Since when wanting to execute the programs they send error. I would appreciate your help and again congratulations on the excellent explanation.

    • @hjsspin
      @hjsspin 3 года назад

      The rectangle box with a V inside should be a resistor, as seen from the picture of the circuit provided by the author in the rar file.

    Hello Hamster Time, this video was really informative, thank you!
    I do have a question:
    You seem to be pretty experienced. Do you have an idea what kind of motor I could use to create a vibration as strong as possible with a high frequency with an battery in a place beeing around 40x40x20 mm big?
    Have a nice day mate. Greetings from germany. :)

    • @hamstertimeen

      Hi, I don't even know how to help yo, where will it be used and what load is needed?

    • @pocketrocket6604
      @pocketrocket6604 3 года назад

      @@hamstertimeen It will be used close to body, so a low voltage is better, if that's what you mean with load. Probably 5-12V.
      Or do you mean something else?

      Look for string resonance, the principle is the same, just velocity of mechanical waves depend on sound velocity of the medium you're to vibrate. If you couldn't find an answer, I'll try to help you.
