Thanks so much its gorgeous, this video helped a lot I'm 12 going on 13 and I'm trying to learn how to braid. So my mom won't have to do my hair anymore. It'll take lots of weight off her shoulders!

Practice makes perfect. I was terrible when i started weave braids. Now my 3 teen daughters love their knotless braids. Good job fir hanging in there! Now do it again & again till you got it!
@@marieb3113 Bet will do. That's it weave braids that I'm perfecting. I got a mannequin head that I practice on plus my 3way mirror broke during that first row of braids I was like now what? The braiding on myself got really good towards the front I was so happy. Cause I can braid my tail off but that feed the hair stumped 🤔 me at first. As you said practice makes perfect. If my teenage niece complement my hair and she's a hair guru I know I did the thang. You know teenagers are HARD to please or impress at times lol.

Exactly then they get upset if your hair is not straight or it’s in 4c or have any oil in it then snatch your edges out braiding too tight. That’s why learned to do my own hair and Don’t care how horrible it looks, practice makes perfect lol

Yeeeeees! Honey you are a beautician not just a braider. You wash and take care of ends with a trim! Most of these braiders want you to come washed and dried no trim and still want to charge outrageous prices. God bless you! Absolutely gorgeous!
Exactly, you Got to have your hair washed blow dried and straighten before you can get braided and they charge at least 200

@@aliciab719 uhhh... coming in not having done all that adds A LOT of time. ofc braiders should charge $200 due to cost of living... that's actually a pretty good deal for several hours of work

Over time I’ve learned that dust, trim, and cut are all different things. Either way, I do what’s comfortable with the client.

My mom said you have to be careful with things like shining jam, and make sure you’re washing well because it can coat your scalp and dry out your roots.

How do you keep the curls moist. After a while they get nappy
You can take the frizz with mousse. Once it’s tangled to the point of no return you’ll have to replace it with another piece. There’s no saving tangled synthetic hair!

I think I used 3-4 packs. Sometimes less is used depending on thickness of clients hair.

I tired the style came out really good..only request it's to see how you position your hands for a tighter grip. I find it hard to grip the side and my hair is almost to my waist.
I like how you add the curled piece sepreate. I did this to prevent my real hair from being out. I find the fake hair last longer.
Took me 6 hours because its hard to part my hair by myself once I prepared it took about 4 hours because my hair is so long.

I’m 12 and I know how to braid the only thing is where would I find the hair 😮 edit : I know how to do box braids and flat twist or just braids and twist but I do not know how to do knotless but I would ask my sister if she could do it
