Which is best, Buying from Estate developer companies and buying from community?
Buying from community is cheaper but comes with a lot of risks. With developers you never have to deal with such risks because the developers handles all the risks.

This is quite informative. I have the option of purchasing a piece of land from two different estate companies in Ibeju Lekki area. One of the land has Excision while the other has a CofO. Which of the two should I buy? One more thing, can I get in touch with you by phone? Thanks.

If I understand her clearly, Governors consent and c of o is the best and most alike but excision is not a titel.
And gazette can stand in place of c of o.
