- The Oregon ONE Online Improvement Committee focuses on improvements to the ONE Eligibility System as experienced by its users. Committee members come from different backgrounds and all have experience with the ONE system.
The Committee finalized language for the Cancel Confirmation and was close to finalizing language given when a customer clicks “Cancel and call me to reschedule.” The Committee expressed interest in continuing work in two new work items: adding ERDC waitlist status updates and simplifying the income reporting screen. The Committee decided to move forward with all remaining Change Requests connecting with the priority remaining on creating a new notice that will describe to a customer that while they may have submitted needed information before deadline, it has not been processed yet. The Committee also decided to continue their ice breakers, but limit the time they take.
