Ahh maybe I'll try filming one next week. I'm still working from home, though, so I'm not sure how interesting it would be lol :)

I’m actually considering going back to school for court reporting! Any helpful tips would be greatly appreciated!

That's awesome! I really think court reporting is a great career choice, if it's a good fit for you. I don't know your personal situation, of course, but the schooling does require a lot of time, attention, determination, et cetera, to get through. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort to learn the language and increase your speed, and it is not easy. That being said, if you are focused and motivated enough, the rewards are great. Freelancing gives you freedom and allows you to work as much or as little as you want, essentially.
Court reporting is a career switch for me too. I have a bachelor's in business and worked in sales/marketing for five years before I made the switch. If you have any questions, I'm happy to try and answer them :)

Hey there! I love you vlog series, and I know this is a couple of years old, but what computer do you use? It looks so light, and I would like to invest in one for whenever I get licensed. Keep up the great work!

Hi! I use an HP Spectre and I love it. I started out with a monstrous laptop and it was such a pain to lug around and took up so much space. I bought this one as soon as I had enough money. Highly recommend something small and lightweight. Hope this helps!!

@@okaycat12 thank you so much! I also have a monstrous dell laptop that I use for class, and I’m thankful to have it, but there are days I wish I could have a lighter one for sure. Also, one more question, could you do a video on like the depo book , or like what the use is of it? I’m a visual learner , and I have a feeling I’ll be needing to use it where it becomes time, and I have a general sense as to what it is for, but would love to see it in action if possible! Thank you!

Your headphones -- do you use them for work?

Hi - I do not use headphones when I am writing. I do use them when I'm editing, so I always make sure to bring them with me in case I have any downtime to edit. Hope this helps!

I worked on Halloween. My daughter threw on one of her one-piece pajama sets and said she's a baby. LOL Approximately how many jobs do you take a week?

Wait, that is a brilliant costume idea. Imagine how comfortable that would be!
To answer you question, I would say an average number of jobs per week for me is probably six or seven.
It totally depends on how they go, though. Like if I get an all-day job that gives me 300 pages, I might only take three or four that week. If I get a ton of short one to two hour jobs, it might be closer to eight or nine for the week.
I can say I usually only take new jobs three or four days a week, depending on my workload.
      I hope this helps! :)
