January was an amazing month for modding. Skidge's Quest Pack is the standout for me, he did great work!
DM's Overhaul mods are all good, I have both his Freeside and Westside mods installed, and they're both pretty small size-wise

Top graphics/visual enhancement mods than have zero impact on performance or max 1-3fps impact. And maybe even mods that improve fps too.
I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who want to enhance tehe graphics but cant handle the performance cost of mods like NVR. (Personally my desktop pc can run it but im thinking of starting another mod list on my laptops and I'm curious to what mods are out there to improve the graphics without the performance hit) Thank you
