@@SevenSixTwo2012 unfortunately yes, unless they invest in an American facility. Which we all know will never happen. Which I don’t blame them for. It would still cost $60k a truck, and they will never recoup there money from the plant investment.

Offroad, it can't be beat for 3 times the price. Have a Mitsubishi Minicab now that will do 60 mph with high/low transfer case and 4 wd. I love the Jimny's though.

I’d love to get a new Jimny & chop it up to make a copy of the old SJ.
Suzuki got it right with the retro boxy look, so much more then any other manufacturer doing the ‘retro’ look. & as it’s a proper 4x4, not some wannabe SUV, it’ll actually do what it says it can.
I love my KJA & I’d love a Jimny KJA just as much.

And it’s 2 major design flaws was wheel base was to small for stability (this truck seems to have corrected that issue) the other flaw was the Samurai had a pitifully small engine

The Suzuki sierra utes/trucks are the bomb, I’m not sure when they stopped making them, the latest model we have is about 1985 I think, great for work in the bush. Most people on stations use them for mustering as they are light and fast, and pretty easy to maintain mechanically. Especially the 1 litre models.
