In this first interview with Frank Marshall we dive into his childhood, his family’s connection to From Here To Eternity by James Jones, what led Frank into the Army, basic training, AIT, and his orders for Vietnam. Frank then describes finally reaching Alpha, 2/506 in the field and an unfortunate accident that happened his first five minutes in the field.
