WE ARE MAKING EASTER CHOREG AT THE COZY STYLISH CHIC SHOWROOM IN PASADENA
This episode is more about shaping the Easter Choreg. For the dough I made another video and will release it in the near future. I have other Easter Choreg videos and will place the link down below for you to follow. I made the dough a day before and will share the recipe with you.
HOW TO MAKE THE DOUGH
It is extremely very easy to make. It will fill your house with delicious aroma and will impress your guests. I assure you this will be your favorite EASTER CHOREG.
NGREDIENTS
3 1/4 cups of all purpose flour or bread flour
1 cup of Slightly warm milk, warmed to about 110°F
1 Egg room temperature
1 stick of melted Butter
1 package of instant/active dried yeast =1 tsp
1/2 cup or less of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Warm the milk, then pour into bowl of stand mixer and add 2 table spoons of sugar, and the yeast and 2 table spoons of melted butter. Cover and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Mix the egg with the remaining sugar and add it to the stand mixer
Add the salt to the flour and gradually add the flour to the mixing bowl
*Add 5 table spoons of melted butter gradually and continue mixing with medium then high speed until all the butter is incorporated.
Whisk together then add the remaining flour gradually and mix on medium using your dough hook until the dough comes together. Save some of the flour ( about a 1/4 cup).
Continue mixing for about 2 minutes to knead the dough then finish off by hand until smooth.
Cover with plastic and place in a warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes or until doubled in size.
*Divide into 18 pieces and make small balls and shape it any way you wish
Place on a parchment paper, then cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350F/180C.
Bake for about 20 minutes on the lower rack.
Enjoy!

COZY STULISH CHIC SHOWROOM
Thanks for the opportunity to cook in your showroom. We had a fabulous time. I enjoyed cooking with the Monogram appliances. The Pizza oven was perfect for our Traditional Lahmajun. My guests loved the oven. It was quite an experience for them.
