That’s exactly why I’ve been playing. I’ve had Tarkov for about 3 years but could never get into it. I started play SPT and downloaded SAIN 2.0 and now I can play the game and learn properly
The De-Clutterer mod removes a lot of empty boxes and static trash resulting in an amazing fps boost, CWX Grasscutter removes all the grass so that's additional fps, especially on woods plus you can finally find all the downed bodies.
For me its bugged, shows trees as white cones. The whole map was just white cones/pyramids

Excited for season 2!! You can definitely CMS staple your stomach. Just not your brain or heart lol. Definitely a brutal start but you killed it man. Ready for more, I was binging season 1 and just finished so perfect timing 🤣

Just a suggestion, but you should also check out the questing bots mod! It works well with looting bots and makes raids a little more immersive because PMC's will actually do quests during the raids. Anyways, love the videos!

SP tarkov made me love the game.
To think the devs could be making extra millions with this. They said they'd never add microsanctions and that they're against Sptarkov. The first ship has already sailed, so...
Im really hoping they just make it part of the game. I’d totally pay for it so it would be officially supported. Or if they let EOD owners have single player like they did with arena. I’ve already bought and EOD and standard account so I’ve given them my money haha

And Woods is a loot goblins paradise, especially military camp, it's gotten me in trouble a lot. But it's made me millions too.

hey GV! Did you ever considered changing the raid timers to... well; infinite? You can do that without a mod or anything, and it is a really refreshing thing when only the energy and water the only two thing what keeps you pushing. I set all my timers for 3 hours (altough; i never stayed in a raid more than an hour and a couple of minutes tho), and it is really fun!
I would do that but for the sake of time in the episodes I try to make sure Im in and out of raids quickly like I would do in live

There is a mod for using items from the ground called use loose loot but im unsure if it works on 3.7.0 because the current version is for 3.7.1

Is single player tarkov easy to install for someone new to mods etc? Recently got tarkov but the learning curve is insane, every time a meet a pmc im dead before i aim at them, or even see them!
Yeah installing SPT is extremly easy. There is an autop installer on the spt website, just create a new folder, put the installer in it and run it. Just make sure to NEVER have SPT and Live Tarkov running at the same time
I just checked the map, you literally went all around the wrong side of that exit. So sad. When you looted that large mag there you should have thought about going to the other side of the building. You were so sure that it was the right building, and it was, but the wrong side of it.

Hey quick question spt doesn’t downgrade live eft right? If not am I just able to quit spt and get my daily dose of live eft? Just downloaded spt but someone said not to touch the live version after opening spt
@@adrian111- Hi. The only thing that changed on live after installing SPT is that my traders' quests have the mention" new" beside them as if I had just accepted them. Other than that I have not noticed any problems.
@@adrian111- You need to copy the tarkov folder into a new folder in a different location on your PC, and use that to play SPT. It shouldn't touch anything within the main LIVE tarkov folder.

Worth mentioning that 3.7.1 has a beta looting bots version as well as questing bots!
I upgraded to 3.7.1, it just is in a later episode!
Does questing bots even work? Bots don't go to most quest locations even with the expanded path mod.
As an actual tarkov player i see so many mistakes. Like put the PS ammo in ur mags cause its way better, throw US instead of splint, u passed up 240 rounds up top on woods. Just ALOT man but its cool to watch SPT. Wish i could play it cause i suck at PvP but i dont wanna get banned for it
As a heads up you can't get banned if you don't tell anyone, or stream it. there is no way bsg can tell if your playing it because it's all offline.
You can't get banned for SPT^^ I play live Tarkov since 2017 with 7k hours on my main and about 1.2k on my hardcore account. Been playing SPT since 2-ish years for now.. There is no way to get banned though^^ Only way to get banned that i heard of is if you have both running at the same time

Man i seriously never knew this existed and im 100% here for it im not very good yet and im tired of people saying just keep playing youll get better and then i proceed to get killed by lvl 30 40 50 lvl players 2 weeks into my first wipe like nah im good haven't played for like a month now i have a reason to go play the game i was conned into buying for 125 dollars by my brother

@@gamervisuals Thats a shame. I like SPT more than online Tarkov. I also wanted to make videos. Imagine Battlestate being salty, because people bought the game and don't want to play it in multiplayer because of hackers. Meanwhile every time they ban alot of people, they put Tarkov on sale so the hackers can buy the game again.
FOR ANYONE ON A SHIT RIG LIKE MINE: SPTAKI has a mod called Declutter that let's you modularly increase performance by pushing each graphical setting beyond minimum specs. It's primary function is to remove non-lootable objects to make readability better but is also an optimization tool. It includes FrameEnhancer(?) bootstrapped to it for a bunch of simple toggles to get more frames outta your rig.

@gamervisuals hey something i noticed that will make your life way easier is if you set 2 of your quick slots to the same number like "4" and have the first set to "on press" and the second set to "on release", you can put your heavy bleed bandage in the first and regular bleed in the second. That way its 1 button press and will prioritize tge more important bleed.

God recoil in the game is so brain dead
You don’t necessarily need to use mystical glow in Amands graphics, turning the brightness up in the same menu makes it easier to see in dark areas too
I actually like what mystical glow has done. makes dark environments just the right amount of bright to see a little bit

because I'm recording on a desktop with an AMD 5800x3d, a 4070ti and 96gb of ram. this combo plays the game very well

SPT bots whether scavs or pmcs will prepare you for real Tarkov. These bots are better than players.
Iv been playing SPT for a bit now its super fun.

so i have a question in SPTarkov have you run into any invisible scavs? cause i have and its either that they are far away to??? but i can hear someone next to me and they just take me out i was told that changing the FOV And LOD can help? can i get anyones feedback on this issue to help besides that i got tarkoved 😂😂😂? and also when im in factory its just That scav boss running around and he just runs a Train through me lol.
bait Tagilla into pulling out his hammer and then keep back a bit then go for the legs, getting through his armor is pretty difficult even with good ammo.

I am late to the party and somebody probably already told you but to equip gear direct from a corpses inventory you need to hold alt not ctrl.
Seems like a pretty action packed raid on streets, always seems quiet whenever I play it.
because of the mods I use it keeps my raids lively. another reason I love SPT

This series has been a blast. I started my own zero to hero journey with your criteria. First raid on shoreline hitting hidden stashes and I found a ulach, a tt pistol with a few bullets that I managed to kill a scav with and then took the scavs backpack and rig. Second raid on streets wasn’t so lucky got smacked by a pmc
Love it!! I absolutely wouldn't start SPT any other way!
I'd honestly recommend the Realism mod. Specifically the ballistics and attachment changes. They make most of the useless ammo and attachments useful by changing how the stats work and adding additional stats like dispersion or horizontal+vertical recoil.
It also makes the base weapons decent by fixing recoil to act in the way it would in any other FPS. I've been playing with it and enjoying it over the last few weeks.
Some of the features like the med changes or the headset stuff I'd definitely recommend turning off, but the mod is super configurable, lets you choose what pieces you want.
The trader and flea overhaul is nice too especially for a zero to hero style run, gives it more of a survival feel than hit 15 and buy everything off the flea. Also changes what items aren't available on the flea and let's you buy the higher tier ammo later game (30-40+).
I disable both the healing changes and ammo/armor changes with that one, i reay don't want to relearn a bunchof different values fro scratch, basically just use it for the lower recoil on guns.
@@LeMrAlpaca there is a standalone recoil mod made by the same guy who made realism. It's probably a better solution if your not using the ballistics/armor changes.

Say if I play this but still want my daily dose of live tarkov can I switch from spt to bsg tarkov, without ban?
So I have 5 mod suggestions
1. Andern - It gives bots loadouts similar to what people in live would use, though early game it's kinda a bit too OP coz it takes one dead ai and you have a somewhat decent weapon for runs with
I personally keep it disabled till I'm past level 30 to keep it balanced
2. Declutter (Might have mispelled that) - it removes stuff like ground clutter to give you a boost in performance - thought this might be good coz you mentioned doing scav runs on street coz of the loot but you also had drops in Fps in some areas - this is probs my most important suggestion and the others are a bit more personal preference
3. Game Panel HUD - I've used this one quite a bit normally just for the HUD elements that show the Health water and energy on the bottom right of the screen - it also has a compass I normally turn off all options for it so its just a regular compass and not one that gives you too much info
4. Eotech Vudu rework - its exactly what it sounds like
This mod would only really be useful late game and only if you use the Vudu
It's a change to the Vudu optics that make them way better to use
(It just makes it have 6x magnification but with all the ones before as well so its 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x and 6x In other words it's the same function as a Vudu IRL)
5. Amands hit markers - I'm not suggesting this for the hitmarkers I normally disable that option, the option that I think you would like is the ammo UI it shows your current weapons mag capacity as well as the amount of ammo left in the mag
I just like it coz it saves me from the tedious task of manually checking the mag with a whole animation (I have personally died a lot to an ai peaking me as I'm checking the mag way too many times which is why I like this mod so much)
Hopefully some of these a suggestions that are within your expectations for the series
But anyways I loved the episode You did fantastic I can't wait for the next one
Edit :So after sending this another mod came to mind so 6 mods in total that i have for suggestion
Questing bots: Exactly what it sounds like give the AI PMC tasks from quest so they travel a bit more coz as you might know they currently just have a patrol that they follow
I like this one coz if you run into a bot that is doing the smae quest as you and you drop him dead he might have looted the item you need for that quest
It makes it feel a lot more like live

Definitely bring in cash for v-extracts to boost Slav rep quickly. It does have diminishing returns but always worth it IMO.

As long as you don't open both regular tarkov and SPT you should be fine. Even then you will probably still be fine. I've been playing it for a while now and my online account is still fine

the registers could be loot spawn locations that are purely ban-bait. make something that can be looted but not have it accessible by normal means, and people using loot hacks grab it and the system knows that they're not legit.

As much as I wish that's what they do, that is not how their ban system works
Nice. Like “marked money”, or technically bugged Trojan horse loot. Lift it by mod = alarms go off and you’re banned.

how does insurance work on SPT?
because the server hours only work when the server is open, no? i dont get it.
For any future lurkers- it works when the server is offline. SPT checks the time when you turn it off and back on again
I recommend using the "Questing Bots" mod.

but.. this early in the playthrough; if you find something *amazing* just scoot. (Any suuuuuper rare items like quest items or HYPER expensive shit etc)
Quick raids where you extract with $$$$$ can snowball into *EPIC* raids in no time at all! (Remember the Tiga machete's from season 1? lol)
Also you can buy (now for cash!!) a silenced shorty AK74, so if you wanna silence one of those badass 5.45 AK's you found; just buy the silenced baby AK, rip the silencer and mag off of it, then sell the rest back to the traders! It's not a bad deal for a early level silencer, plus - hey free mag! Lmao

Just finished the old season after binging it for a few days, love what I'm seeing, but my only gripe would be there's too many ad breaks and a sponsorship at the start. I dunno if I can watch a 2nd season with so many breaks so often. It ruins the flow. :(
