I've been slowly wading out of the grief pool after losing my mother last December. I've turned to book tube and author tube to remind me what "normal" routines look like, and it's been so cathartic. Your videos, though, have really helped pull me up and out of that swampy, dismal place. I finally picked up my own novel again after watching several of your videos surrounding Project Teacup, and I've made such progress. Thank you for doing what you do!

I like they are so realistic, your lifestyle seems to be well-balanced, and the way you talk about things and how you show your journey as a creator is so addict. It might be a small thing, but it's nice that you hold the camera when you talk to it! Nearly every RUclipsr I follow that makes content similar to yours talks to a stationary camera, and your way just makes it feel a little closer and more friendly. Keep at the great writing and video making!

I really like Adelaide I rode an adventure touring motorcycle there with my wife on a vacation to see family. Stayed in Hay and they had some amazing Asian guests house restaurant.

Thanks for this video - I'm badly sick with COVID and this was a tonic. It's a chance to finish reading 'The Priory of the Orange Tree' at least. Seeing your Adobe Premiere Pro screen gave a lot of insight, and you're so right about burnout. Love Gorillaz! A fantastic conjunction between animation and music.

I love your videos, they're so calming and motivating. Also it's so nice to follow someone who is also from Australia! Would you recommend visiting Adelaide sometime? I've never really felt inclined to go until I saw your videos.
Also I love seeing how you make your matcha latte! I just throw the T2 matcha powder into my cup with hot water and hope for the best, but it never tastes as good as I think it should. Now I think I know why 😅
@@sims2lovealot honestly I was just giving it my best shot based on what I normally see other people do 😅 I think if you whisk it, it aerates it??
And absolutely I recommend coming to Adelaide! It's particularly magical during festival season during late February and early March: Adelaide Fringe makes the East End of the city really fun and colourful. If you do come here my top recommendations are:
1. Mount Lofty and the Mount Lofty Botanic Gardens (especially in autumn)
2. Hahndoff (a really cute German town in the hills)
3. Go to McLaren Vale if you're into wine (I'm not, personally, but it's a beautiful area)
4. Go to the beach at Glenelg or Brighton
4. Hire a car and go down to Victor Harbour or across to Kangaroo Island (you'd want to stay overnight on KI)
5. For stuff in the CBD: The Art Gallery, the Museum, the Botanic Gardens, Rundle Mall/Rundle St for shopping, The Central Markets and basically all the restaurants along Gouger St (which are next to the Markets. The Markets are honestly my favourite part of Adelaide CBD)
