I just wanted to say, it is extremely wonderful that I can watch a documentary about my great-grandmother. "She was one of the nicest people God ever put on this earth." almost brought me to tears, I never got to meet her. It always brings me such joy that she impacted so many people, and I thank you so much for publishing this video so that I am able to know her even better, and get to see her even more than what my grandmother (Phyllis) has told me and shown me.
Thank you very much & you’re great grandmother was a very wonderful actress but I’m happy that you finally got to know your great grandmother through this biography
She was loving, precious and kind beyond words! You are richly blessed to have Alice as your great-grandmother! I believe love never dies and that someday you will lovingly meet her. ❤️🤗
This was wonderful. The beautiful and talented Alice Faye. What beautiful eyes! What a gorgeous soft mellow voice! What a pretty face! She was indeed a lovely woman. I wish we had singers like that today. It's all about screaming, screeching and noise noise noise today.
I Loved Alice so very much all my life. I Met her once and spent a portion of an evening with her! What a thrill! She sent me a signed photo, a lovely letter and kept me abreast of her job at that time, traveling the country representing Pfizer Pharmaceuticals by showing how senior citizens could stay fit. It was called Alice Faye Young Elders! She was precious beyond words and I’m so very grateful to have been able to meet/connect with her during my life. She surely was an incredibly warm and loving lady with a talent to match! ❤️❤️❤️ ~ Ever in my heart.
My mother always said that Phil Harris was my grandmother Betsy White's second cousin. I remember seeing a picture of him with Alice Faye in our family picture box and being struck by her gorgeous perfect features and blue eyes!
Yes! Alice Faye is and was magnificent to all, Definitely all! A mother to her Two daughters, a Loving and devoted wife to Husband, Phil Harris. Thanks Alice Faye, respect and Love, your fan.
Watching Hello Frisco Hello which is the opening song to this video. So beautiful and talented. I have all her movies. My family loved watching and hearing her musical gift. Lol my Moms name is Alice. I am old now and have been watching since I was 7 now 70.
One of my favorite actresses. I think her acting ability was greatly underrated. I think there must have been something in her contract at "Penitentiary" Fox Studios, but why didn't this glorious singer have any recording career whatsoever like Bing Crosby, for example?

Did A&E do a Biography on Alice’s husband Phil Harris, the Orchestra Leader from the Jack Benny Radio Show?

Alice Faye 100% had a relationship with RV. They even found love notes in his safe when he died and they were returned to Alice Faye.
Regal. Mannerly. A veritable Deanna Durbin. Or Frances Langford. A voice as smooth as satin, as sweet as maple syrup, is intoxicating as rum.
although its not revealed did she and her oldest daughter alice harris ragen not have a good relationship
