Kaups landsknechte ignoring those 40 vills gave me ptsd
always like when a map has a big water component but the players are connected by land, makes it a real gamble to see who overinvests in land over sea or otherwise
I don't know how to play like these guys but if Kaup had information on his opponent he could see he didn't have any units on land (nor infrastructure) he could have rushed his opponent earlier. Anyways great game and fun to watch, keep up the good work!
oh the HRE 5 relic play there really made my day, feels so satisfying when a player gets all 5

water map are the worst. demo ships must be removed. there should be only 3 or 4 kinds of ships. there must be limit for how many ships you can make. Other wise, it is boring to watch and it takes all the attection of the player because you can't focus on water, your whole water army can be destroyed in a split second by demos and it is cruel and not fun. This is why I don't play water maps.

kaup's opponent played really bad. it is well known that you need transition out of water.
Noone is going for the relics in the docks because normally u die if you go castle but with that Buffet Fishing boat it was kinda possible

ill never understand why this game even exists? why a few people still even like it? age 2 is king! ui is lol
"aoe2 is more popular than aoe4, why doesn't everyone play aoe2??" are you actually this dumb or just trolling? Age 4 is still one of the biggest rts games there are rn. Age 2 is great and has had a dedicated fanbase for 20 years but that doesn't mean other games can't be fun aswell.
Age 4 had a really bad launch and lost a lot of players but today it's in a really good place gameplay wise. It also has like 7-8000 average players
