In quel punto bisegnerebbe già dare un bel pò di carico sull'esterno, no? e per farlo la massa grande dovrebbe già trovarsi "spezzata" rispetto all'inclinazione delle gambe dal bacino in giù... penso alla puntata intitolata "da muro a muro"... C'è qualcosa che mi sta sfuggendo?
La cosa che non capisco è che così facendo non si va nella direzione opposta di carico dello sci a valle? Se cioè curvo a sinistra e il corpo è adagiato sul conto di sinistra, come si fa a caricare sullo sci destro a valle?
per non fare confusione i termini piu giusti sono traslazione e non inclinazione quando si parla di linea longitudinale del corpo che si inclina e cade all interno curva e si parla di inclinazione quando il busto si spezza e compensa verso valle esterno curva

Too much up and down body mass movement creates excessive pressure on the snow at the apex of the turn (look at how their heads are bobbing up and down) If you were to imagine sitting in a chair the whole time from turn to turn, knees always bent and then pulling them up to the chest (pulling them up further) between turns, the head would not "bob up and down" and the lightest edge needed to make the turn could be applied. This will take thigh muscles of steel to do continuously. Always ski as though sitting in a chair, NEVER leave the chair. Don't stand up. That is what I'm working on in America.
