But I would love to see following inputs, 1 to enable turnouts there should be two general elections, one for Presidential and Parliamentary, The other one for County Governors, senators and MCA. The County function should have one joint ticket for a Governor,Deputy governor, senator, and Woman Rep. Each county governor should have powers to recall their senator or woman Rep and fire the deputy governor with a slight majority or if three votings are not in his favour by marshalling at least 30% of all votes in County assembly. This would limit Wars between senators and governors. A Governor would be presented three names from existing elected MCA's to pick one for senator and or woman Rep. A nominated MCA as senator or woman rep would have next runners up replacing him as mca to next fifth looser willing to take the slot in their previous election. Any person who served as Mp, senator, woman Rep would be barred from seeking a gubernatorial seat for at least 2 elections or ten years from when they cease to be legislators. The president should have powers to fire a deputy but appoint a replacement from existing governors. To enhance voting the central bank would issue a supplementary cash print, Special currencies denominated at 10 000 that would be redeemed within six months per voter and issued together with ballots on ballot day for the two elections. This would enhance banking as they would be redeemed through an account per citizen per ID number. Banks can be given a processing fee of 5% per transaction Paid jointly by redeemer and central bank on a 50:50 basis. This would serve as an economic stimulus after the election or a Citizens dividend! Presidential term limits should be scrapped! All legislators should however not be allowed to serve for more than two consecutive terms either at national or county level. This can broaden citizen participation in governments by injecting fresh blood whilst allowing continuity through a good, functioning, stable presidency. May God Bless Kenya. Shalom
