Nice start men ! This is looking as a good plot. UBC making the start fir a new home, well done. Be well my friends.
Great job, enjoy watching your videos.
Glad you like them!
I love the time lapse segments, they’re uber ASMR satisfying to see the progress! Y’all are my absolute favorite folks to watch!🥰
Great job!
Josh it looks like the JD135 was made for you. Great job as usual. God Bless and Stay Safe.
Great job guys!
I have always admired John's team for their attention to detail and work ethic. One question, if may? When Josh was giving an overview of the JD135, it appeared that the hours were in the 90 hour range; essentially, a new machine. It also appeared that while working, the bushings for the pin holding thumb were significantly worn and showing a lot of play (noise)? Perhaps there are no bushings for the pin and just keepers holding the pin in place? If bushings and same are worn out. Seriously, at 90 hours!
It will not take 10 hours if it’s metal to metal , those machines needs to be greased Every morning before work begins .
That’s the only way to make sure you get the most out of your investment.
You nailed it. Very loud. Needs at least shims. You can see the thumb cylinder clanking between the eyes. My 33 year old 50-ton Liebherr isn't that loud. Somethings wrong.
Yea, horrible state for a brand new machine to be in. And he's running it rough and hard just beating the hell out of it.
Man Josh will give anybody a run for there money clearing and grubbing in that JD, Boy had that deal moving!🤙love the vids. "John from UBC" 😂
I like how Josh cleans up as he goes. Good job everyone
Excellently practical machine. For the application. The JD.
And Iv'e mentioned the operating skill before. Coming in to it's own in time lapsed mode. My word!

Great job guys! Josh and Micah were getting things done! Another fantastic UBC lot clearing! Thanks for sharing your videos!
I see Josh has improved his operator’s skills over this pass year. It appears he’s been watching Ltsdig18 videos cause you can see some of the same tactics. Keep it up and your ground skills will get better and smoother as you go. 👍😵💫😵💫👀
So kiddo! What, if anything, ever happened with the neighbors from the last video? Was it resolved?
We're still working on it. Hopefully an update soon!
Hey Jon; were you using the 135 on the warehouse job❓ If so Ole Josh was taking you to school on running it▪Just kidding🙂 Sweet machine! Nice job editing also!
Sure would not want live that close to a mosquito pond. Other than the place looks nice. You did what you have to do for the contractor.
Pity about the trees - it is what it is! Good clearing job.
Sooo, the driveway goes between two houses/lots, and the new house is being built behind another house? Seriously?! Then there’s the mosquito problem. 🙄 Oh, and being so close to the septic tank system for the front house. Not to mention rain runoff from upper lots. Plus, with the trees now removed having to spend more money to replant trees or other ideas to prevent erosion. What a horrible lot and neighborhood design.
Oh boy sounds like townee moving to country,so you opened up the view lol. Just think deer ,maybe a bear ,should be birds ,snakes..Ali may pass by.. they have fresh air..job well done guys ...so jealous of the forest areas ,I grew up in the forest which was part of the farm..I'm on the edge of Exeter UK it's not as rural as I like but it's home .
Thanks for another great video and I’ll see y’all on the next one. Upstate Brush Control Crew rides again!!!
Great video guys and excellent job. I am a bit confused though as to why the thumb on that new machine is rattling so much considering it is a brand new one? That thing is so loud it sounds like the old machine with the worn out pins.
You make so nice Videos, I will bee thair to Bit im in Germany. 👌🏻
For a brand new machine that John Deere rattled that much there had to be something wrong with the bucket or the thumb. Cheers from down under.
Boy you said right that's a very poor design of space on those lots.
The land owner should have made the lots bigger and to build a house back behind the house already there is really stupid. I like to hear the reasoning for those lot breakdown...other than selling a couple extra lots..
Its all about getting as many taxpayers per acre as possible! I hate it!
🔥🔥🔥 FINE JOB FELLAS 🌲🌲🌲
Great time lapse. Looked like you were plucking weeds in the garden!
Man what a beautiful neighborhood. Nice views.
John has a great team and men he can trust to do the job,. Have to agree with John as far as whom ever set this community up , really didn't know what they were doing and very poor planning.
That turned out nice.
Mr. Josh, you sure make short work of pulling these small trees out. Great work, Sir.
Really liked this one John, you and the crew were “Spot On”.
Another great job guys I'm truly a fan . Do yall come as far as Greenwood sc

Greeting 🇦🇹
Another outstanding job, well done. John you may want to look at a Ruckus Rake for a new piece of equipment. Letsdig18 purchased one to use on his farm and he says it's a great addition to his arsenal.
The machine that Josh was in, so easily, pulled out those small trees. Lotsa power. I love watching your videos. They are very informative. Cool, Mr. Josh.
Glad you like them!
Great job.
