This is a cool building, so many different floorplans to choose from. A good friend of mine lived here for a number of years. They added soundproofing to the walls when they renovated the units which helped, but you could still hear your neighbors. Only downside is that management hooks you in with cheaper rent initially just to get you to sign the contract. Then with each year, they jack up the rent until its pricey. My friend eventually moved out because the rent got too high.
