Great video as always! My son and I have not rode Santiago Oaks yet, but it's on the list. Stoked you put these videos together to give us a great perspective of what to expect. Keep up the good work and look forward to your next video.
Hey Alan. I was down in Anaheim from BC, to go to Disneyland with my wife, but also brought my bike. Based on your videos and “The Ousider”’s as well, I went to Santiago Oaks on the 21st. Boy did I have a blast riding Cactus and Chutes Ridgeline. I was stoked that the grip was way better than I expected, and the rock sections were super fun. I would’ve come back the next day, but a couple locals and the guys at the Trek shop said I needed to try out Laguna, so went there the next day. Thanks so much for sharing SoCal riding for us all, it did not disappoint!
@@mtb_alan there’s great riding all over here. I’m in the Okanagan, midway between the Coastal riding the Kootenay riding. Still a blast here, but most people aim for those other two regions when coming to BC. Thanks again for the vids!
He's MTB Alan and if he can have a RAD day on a bike at S-Oaks, so can YEWWWWW! 🤙 good to seeing riding more at the local spot, Alan! Hope to catch you out there sometime.
Si amigo me motibo mirar jobenes son mu buenos y me hase centir con energia y lo hago aber cuando te miro en Santiago oaks gracias por mirar mis mensaje
What more could I want? Shade. I want shade. No matter what time of day or what temperature it is when I go for a weekend SOaks run, I always ended up nearly heat stroked and out of water. It's like some temporal vortex or something. Oddly, If I ride through SOaks on a weekday commute, this does not occur. Petty moaning aside, I dug the video.
What more could I want??? Lift access to the top of Chutes lol, that would be rad!!!
😆 I’d pay for that!
Right! Where do we petition...at $5 a pop it would pay for itself lol 😆

Cracking video this! Looks a real fun spot to get in some good bike time!
Thanks! 💯

Epic ride! Keep it up!
Thanks! Will do.
What’s good Alan. I thought this was in Santiago :) I think I remember you being from the CA NV AZ area. I’m considering a trip to Chile
It's in Orange County in California.
The trail system is Santiago Oaks.
A trip to Chile sounds amazing!

Hi Alan I have never been able to find those jumps. So where he turned into Yucca you keep going straight and get to those jumps?
Yup! Have a look at this trail guide. It shows more clearly how to get there. ruclips.net/video/Xe0FMAXp3CY/видео.html
