He's 60, probably doesn't have any family and can't get a job, he'll get 3 meals a day and somewhere to sleep, everyone isn't built for the world after being locked up so much
A job making minimum wage struggling!? While 60+ years old!? (Cant afford a car, phone, or house, & health insurance dont bother!) At that age I'd be comfortable locked up!!! Knowing I'll be taken care of. His Respect has been solidified already so jail wouldn'tbe a problem! If the white trash laws didn't exist from hundreds of years ago then we wouldn't have 75% of the problems we currently have smfh @ChakaHardin
This is just a case of an old dude who wanted to go back home. Ain’t nothing for him out here. He was either gonna get away with a bunch of money and be able to live quietly or he gets to go back home and not have to struggle and be homeless. With the price of everything these days, there is almost no way you’re getting out of prison after 20+ years and doing well.
Ya'll remember that Chapelle show skit where he was reading the future? "Wait a minute, it looks like you're going right back in for the saaame sht" 😂😂😂
This! Was literally telling wifey this. At 61 with a felony he's got zero chance of employment. Why not get back in there and exchange your freedom for shelter and food?
Not giving homie a pass, but sometimes people are locked up for so long that’s all they know. When released they don’t know how to function with society so sometimes they do something to go right back. Nonetheless, this DOTD was granted asf.
Dunno if this was Donkey of the Day worthy. Dude clearly wanted to go back to jail, he accomplished his goal the goal wasn’t money the goal to return back to the only thing he knows, prison life
My cousin went to prison 4x for the same exact crimes. Eventually he got a persistent felony offender charge and got a mandatory 10 years in addition to his sentence.
Smh. I would've taken that money and went IMMEDIATELY out of the country😂😂😂change my fit, dispose of the evidence and been on a ✈️! WTF DO YOU STILL HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE IN YOUR HOUSE!!!!🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
I'm 40 years old and the first and last time I ever stole something was at 5 years old. Before leaving the store, my mom told me that I'm not getting that Reese's cup. As we're walking in the parking lot, I carelessly unwrapped that freshly taken Reese's and ate that bih. Candy was still in my mouth as my mom tore my a** up right there in front of the store and she made me take the wrapper back to tell the clerk that I stole it. It was grand opening, grand closing on my life of crime. I'll never forget that.
In all that time he didnt mature, he didnt learn, he didnt regret wasting that much of his life. He got a 2nd chance and wanted to see if he could do it again.
@FolFedda not every ex prisoner all over the world comes out and re-offends in the exact same way just months after being released. Some change their life and become an asset to society. Prisons are not rehab but many turn their life around which is a sign of maturity.
This is why it’s good to learn some type of skill in prison. The real world is different and evolving every single day. There will always be a need for an electrician, plumber etc and these are skills you can build on to start your own business. Prison unfortunately is not for rehabilitation. Like someone mentioned above probably no family, no support and you go back to what you know roof over your head and meals.
He went back because he missed his boyfriend in prison. Thats crazy. Also, he probably has nothing out there any more. No money, no job, no family. In prison he got free everything
What else is he supposed to do!? He probably tried for couple years then gave up. His best years are behind him. This is all he's ever known. In America there is almost no rehabilitation for prisoners. He's Morgan Freeman in Shawshank. It was either this or the noose
He honestly wanted to go back. Tbh it is sad . He felt that society had nothing to offer him and honestly felt that life in prison is better than life in the free world.
He’s been locked up for so long prison is all he know. Institutionalized mindset. Everything has changed dramatically and drastically he doesn’t know what’s going on in the world anymore. There should be a facility that house people who don’t want to leave prison.
The world is very different to him. That needs to be understood. And keep in mind, the system does not rehabilitate....they warehouse. Without a support system, sometimes u cannot expect much.
Honestly I just think bro was institutionalized. Some people feel better in jail than they do out in the real world. Went in at 33 and got out at 60 with felonies, probably couldn’t get a job. Shawshank redemption vibes
Crazy how Schulz still hasn't received donkey of the day for the highly inappropriate comments he made about Kendrick Lamar given the history of buck breaking in this country. The silence is too loud on this 1 Charla....
He's 60, probably doesn't have any family and can't get a job, he'll get 3 meals a day and somewhere to sleep, everyone isn't built for the world after being locked up so much
🤨he definitely could’ve got a job. He didn’t want a job

This that Shawshank shit brother prolly wanted to go cuz he didn't know the world
@@marcushutcherson9925 I just logged in to make this SAME comment. My first thought, Shawshank.
My motto! Wake up, get money, mind my business, come home, repeat!!!
Where those mindsets at??
You know some people just ain’t that sane. 😂
Same but I try to add at least 30 minutes of cardio
Will save peoples life for real!
@Librababy94 without a doubt
You ain't do decades in the pin, he wanted to go back. If you make off with that money, congrats. If not, welcome back home.
Some people just want to be in jail. Maybe that’s all they know.
Institutionalized
This sounds crazy but people don't understand how real it is.
Yep. Might not even got a bf in there. He just don’t know any other way to live other than in jail 🤷🏾♂️
Facts all the way.

Yes i believe you
Ya'll remember that Chapelle show skit where he was reading the future? "Wait a minute, it looks like you're going right back in for the saaame sht" 😂😂😂
Yes!!! 😂😂😂 "Call me now for a bombaclat reading!"
These youngins don’t even know 😂😂
say it with me, institutionalized!! He definitely wanted to go back and thought of the only he knew how to get there.
This! Was literally telling wifey this. At 61 with a felony he's got zero chance of employment. Why not get back in there and exchange your freedom for shelter and food?
A lot of people get out after that long and don't have any family or skills.
"Jail is not a correctional facility" 💯
Not giving homie a pass, but sometimes people are locked up for so long that’s all they know. When released they don’t know how to function with society so sometimes they do something to go right back. Nonetheless, this DOTD was granted asf.
I know in some prisons they got programs to get inmates ready for the free world I think it should be mandatory that's the real rebilitation
He probably felt homesick.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Dunno if this was Donkey of the Day worthy. Dude clearly wanted to go back to jail, he accomplished his goal the goal wasn’t money the goal to return back to the only thing he knows, prison life
My cousin went to prison 4x for the same exact crimes. Eventually he got a persistent felony offender charge and got a mandatory 10 years in addition to his sentence.
Sounds like that was his retirement plan.
"He got a boo" 😂😂😂
Clearly he wanted to go back 😂
60 year old crash out is crazy Unc was getting to the bag tho 😂😂😂

He probably did on purpose to go back, it is very sad actually.
Right. You'll be Surprised.

If u can remember, must have ruff as juvenile
I got whooped for stealing too. Really makes you think huh.
@Sjcstro84 Hell yeah, and I thought about that sh*t real good that day lol.
@rupertrobinson7085 Very rough indeed.
I know 70yr olds who steal every single day!😂😂 (loads of sht) its not abnormal! 😂
I thought that was Coach Prime in the pic getting the donkey 😂😂. I was like oh word Dion going to coach the Raiders???
Me too👍🏾😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣
Naa you a fool for that one 😭😭😭
Not gonna lie I thought in the picture it was Coach Prime too except for maybe the potbelly.
In all that time he didnt mature, he didnt learn, he didnt regret wasting that much of his life. He got a 2nd chance and wanted to see if he could do it again.
Well prison isn't exactly a rehab facility or a therapy office, sooooo what "maturity" would one expect smh
@FolFedda not every ex prisoner all over the world comes out and re-offends in the exact same way just months after being released. Some change their life and become an asset to society. Prisons are not rehab but many turn their life around which is a sign of maturity.
Also he got out around his 50s . So he figured his life was over
@@Chasingdreams008 if that was his train of thought it's a shame because life is not over until its really over meaning dead.
@@Chasingdreams008 if that was his train of thought it's a shame. Life is over until it's really over.
At 61 how could he come home and survive??? So someone was going to hire him and let him live happily ever after
Exactly. People are dumb if they think he was gonna survive out here with no skills & a whole felony background
When is Andrew Schulz going to be Donkey of the Day?
Why what happened?
Never.. that is Charlas man
For what? Speaking his truth?
lol never based schultzy

Gotta retire Remy's Heehaw after that rant she went on 🤣
You know in light of everything I concur😂😂😂
He probably misunderstood double jeopardy
We need an interview from that man. Id like to hear his side before we rush to judgement. #Prayforhim
Bahahaha😂
"If at first you don't succeed, try, try again." 🙄
Prison life probably feels better and familiar to him , it's either that or old habits die hard 🤷♀️
You let me out at 60.. SIXTY. With no Pension.. No healthcare.. probably no family. No savings.. no life skills . I'm probably going back in as well
What else is he supposed to do!? He probably tried for couple years then gave up.
His best years are behind him. This is all he's ever known. In America there is almost no rehabilitation for prisoners. He's Morgan Freeman in Shawshank. It was either this or the noose
The timing of "This is where it gets good" is CRAZY!!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣
only in the U.S. it makes more sense to be in jail, than to be out of jail. How does one get 26 years for just stealing?
Robbery and stealing are different.
Dude didnt have anyone out here, rent was due, fucked up world.
You know Envy know 🤣😂🤣
Shiiiiiit......that Judge deserve Donkey of the Day as well for being fooly enough to grant that compassion release
He has Alzheimer's! He forgot part of his plan Charlemagne through him a bone!🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mane! I was thinking the same thing (he got a boyfriend)😂😂😂😂
6:04 😂😂😂😂 “She ain’t have what they wanted”
😂😂 gave the system a rerun 😂😂
He said brown dot Ciroc😂
Remember the “Chappelle’s Show” (Season 1) sketch where Dave had the psychic stereotype hotline? Donnell’s call-in was prophetic🤦🏾♂️
She was the safest one 😂😂😂😂😂
It's called being institutionalized.
This man loved prison more than he loved freedom
This why you can’t have sympathy & give second chances. Only putting innocent ppl lives at risk
He’s institutionalized. The world he knew no longer exist. Same with past relationships.
shout out to bro staying true to himself
He may be institutionalized after serving 26 years and wanted to go back.
I'm not mad at him, and I'm not glad at him for going back to jail.
So we ain't playing "Guess What Race It Is?" Today then, I understand why 🤣
HE WANTED TO GET CAUGHT! HE COULDN'T MAKE IT OUT HERE... HE MISS HIS BOO BEHIND BARS!!
The judge that released him is the laughing stock
Well that just goes to show you that some people just miss being locked up in prison
What options did he really have? You get out of jail in your 60’s and you are expected to be a productive member of society?
He is institutionalized he wasn’t trying to get away he was trying to go home
He wanted to get back to him "man"......🤦🏾♂️
This Puerto Rican OG Vietnam vet told me if them benefits run out he going back to what he know: Dope Dealin 🤔
$145k is not enough for me to risk jail LOL I can't do nothing with that these days
Darn it... the Raiders definitely taking all sorts of L's this year....
He thought the outside world would be better and found out it isn't for some people 😭😭😭
He honestly wanted to go back.
Tbh it is sad . He felt that society had nothing to offer him and honestly felt that life in prison is better than life in the free world.
😂 Nice one, Envy!
Did Less Hilarious try to shade Loren by saying she is the safest one. We know Jess would’ve been oiled up busting it down for a cameo in a video
ACTUALLY SHE WAS SAYIN DIDDY ONLY WANTED THE MEN. STOP THINKIN E ERETHANG IS A SHADE
He did that on purpose because it was too hard on the streets. Like fr.
Yep
He’s been locked up for so long prison is all he know. Institutionalized mindset. Everything has changed dramatically and drastically he doesn’t know what’s going on in the world anymore. There should be a facility that house people who don’t want to leave prison.
Probably wanted to go back. He didn't even spend the money.
Apparently living free was too difficult
3 meals and a cot, free housing, health care, etc. Bro plan on retiring in prison
Dude decided that he wanted to died in prison and instead of enjoying his freedom. And the little amount of time he has left on earth
Brown Dot Ciroc tho 😂😂😂 something wrong with Charla!
Question is how did he get caught somebody told
I guess he missed jail
Maybe he should of holla at oceans twelve to help you out 😂
Some people are just stuck on stupid. 🙄 This is one of the biggest problems in our community. People being uneducated and S.O.S.

He wanted out because there’s nothing else to do inside.
