  • BIKO is a rich, chewey Filipino Sweet rice cake made of coconut milk, dark brown sugar and sweet rice or malagkit. Biko or Sweet rice cake is many things: It's a dessert, a snack, and a dish that is served during special occasions.

    Salamat mam uli sa pag share nyo ng another version ng biko...Mam tanong lang yung measuring cup sa rice cooker na ginamit for measuring the sweet rice parehas lang ng amount sa standard measuring cup ?

      TY for watching and subscribing ❤ Yung measuring ng rice cooker compared sa 1 cup au kulang lang ng konti. But you can still use 1 cup measuring cup and same ingredients na gamit ko. Walang idadagdag TY

    Anong size ho Ang laki ng Gina gamit nyong lata ng coconut milk Kasi 2 klase sukat ng lata ng coconut milk salamat
