- Today we break down the 10 biggest issues with @EASPORTSCollege newest iteration of college football. While I fully believe this game will be the best sports game of the year we still need to consider no game is perfect and address issues within the game. In my opinion addressing these 10 issues could get us to a near perfect state. Also be sure to comment and subscribe to be entered in our third and final drawing before the game drops.

I just wanna know can i create fake players and put them on a roster like in madden. If we can't im going to be so sad because i already pre ordered 😑
I know they have mentioned real life players will have limited edit ability but I really hope they allow custom classes or the ability to crate them right before like in 14
No HS in RTG and no spring game is crazy 😅
I agree man, hopefully they just haven't mentioned the spring game yet but no HS will be interesting I hope it plays well but just having the build up would be cool
I'm totally ok with the "locked pipelines". I think it allows for realism throughout the length of the Dynasty. For example, as a Georgia native I hate seeing UGA's roster with only 7 guys from the state of Georgia in year 17 of the Dynasty. Ultra unrealistic and takes me right out of the game.
🤔On the flip side I don't recall them saying that you *can't develop new pipelines* once you take over a program.
There should be a way to develop pipelines but I would just hate to see teams get a boost when they stink. Who knows the boost may not be insane maybe something simple like an increased frequency of players you'll be in the top 10 of rather than an increase in how recruits view you
Thinking about each one, I don't think I'll have an issue with any EXCEPT not being able to create new pipelines and not being able to add a 135th team for a created team. Good video altogether though.
Thanks man! And I would like to think none of these will really be noticeable but if I recruit somewhere and get beat out by some team that went 6-30 in the last 3 years cause they are the highest tier I will be extremely upset.

I don’t remember hearing anything about offseason spring games or creating recruits. Did anyone else hear anything about that?
For sure no on spring games at this point no intel. But on creating recruits its ambiguous there is definitely an edit feature in season but not sure if there is one before the season starts.
Just saw on Reddit that Not The Expert says edit ability is in the game. But you can only change the name but not looks, attributes or are even numbers. Kinda strange but that’s all the intel I’ve seen
@@cswee123 that's really strange. Hopefully that gets fixed/changed with an update not too long after release. I can understand locking the attributes but not being able to change anything else is an odd decision.
The snow in the gameplay reveal looked pretty trash but if that’s my biggest issue when it comes out then that means they did a whole lot of other things right
Agreed but hopefully since it is a beta version they make it look better there was some animations when texas scored that the big screens went off with Michigan stuff. so its not 100% polished.
More customisation option. Create your own dynasty
I agree after a few weeks a lot of people will get bored need more ways for replay ability.
Locked pipelines is one of the biggest issues to me. Also, the cfp is a big deal as well to me. I agree except for the last two aren't something i care about.
Understandable, I feel like from a world building/immersion stand point the first few are the biggest fixes
No FCS schools is criminal. At least have schools like SD State and Montana that schedule FBS games
I agree but I can give them a pass on this since they went so in depth with all the FBS teams. I would love to see them not release a game next year and give us a 30 dollar DLC for FCS teams or something. But we are gonna get yearly 70 dollar games with little to no improvement
My biggest issue is not being able to play high school in Road to Glory
Heard a ton of people complain about it. I feel the same way but I’m hopeful we won’t miss it and they did the mode justice

I have a question when they say 32 teams in dynasty does that mean 32 user players and all 134 teams will be in dynasty or only 32 teams will be in dynasty
obviously it means it will be 32 user players.

I’m pretty sure for Issue #1 the players in your pipeline will get better as your team improves and you can still get Blue Chips other ways
That would be an interesting way to handle it. Not sure how that would play in the long run. The my real issue is just hard locking anything. Limits creativity I understand limits since games can only do so much but restricting any out come to one scenario stinks
I am torn about the pipelines being locked. On one hand, I agree with you that it's cool they took the time to examine not only the kind of prospects (and positions) that come out of a certain area, but also the historical success of particular schools. I also think it's cool for you as a beginning coach to build a pipeline with continued success in a particular area, so it sucks that we can't really do that in the way we used to be able to do.
I get what you're saying with dynasty length, but there are very few players that will play even more than 20 seasons (the most I ever played was 14, personally).
Totally with you with your issues with conference customization (I will add that the amount of Teambuilder teams to be imported should match the max amount of teams in a conference, since you have to replace an existing team anyway).
I think my worries come from a good place. I am glad I am torn about some things since it means I care, I don't think I have done as much research on a game that hasn't released ever. Still over the moon on everything they have done just feel like the things I mentioned would be easy solves that could really bring a lot of replay-ability or ease of use to the community.
It will be interesting to see how they handle regens, the game could be broken very easily after 3/4 seasons when all licensed players have moved on
Yeah there are a few things I think they will need to iron out. I am sure we are gonna see some 6'7 WR with 99 speed in year 10 but if they can fix those issues quickly I would be happy.

My biggest issue is that we have STILL not seen 1 full drive to see if the game actually works. I seriously don’t understand preordering from EA without seeing and demanding more upfront.
Not sure we will see a full drive before launch. I get your position but they have a ton of people, me included, so bought into what it could be cause of the older games. We’ll have to see if they deliver
@@cswee123 we have to stop moving on emotion when it comes to decision making and getting upset when things are not in our favor when basic needs are not being addressed. There’s nothing anyone can say or show that displays why EA should have the benefit of the doubt. I don’t want the game to fail I want to see if the game is done and actually plays football 🤷🏽♂️

My biggest issue is not being able to play on the same team as my friends in an online dynasty. I wanted to be the OC and have a friend be the DC and we both user 2 players on either side. I feel like its something that could be in the game but EA has never had this outside of superstar KO etc.
That would be cool. Would love to be able to lock down a team with a buddy.
My biggest issue is that I can’t use my high school self. It was cool back then so I know if they put even a little bit into it then it would be really cool
I wish they would have, even just the same generic teams wouldn't be incredibly hard. Or maybe even just the state tournament.
@@cswee123 right what was so cool about it and I noticed this as a young elementary schooler, when I put the high schools name it would really play against teams semi close

My biggest issue is just a basic issue that I think would make the game amazing; I wish we could make our own college and with that we would be able to be the dean of that college and chose our stadium in which we play in and basically chose our prices of tickets, drinks, Jerseys and try to make more money for our college and be able to then make more recruits want to come with us
I was really hoping for more of a management mode. Like having an actual money amount for NIL and having to pay coordinators and even have like a staff budget you need to manage. You want a top coordinator that will cost you 5 mil, what about a top of the line medical facility for better ear and tear rehab that's 15 million over the next 5 years kind of thing.
This is the first year back. Can we get our feet wet before we get to complaining
I wasn't complaining just things I see that I feel like would improve the game. Game is still going to be great and I will play hundreds of hours
@@cswee123 respect. I’m sure we’re all excited to officially have the game back and want the game to feel and play perfect. But I’ll take small hiccups the first year back. The things missed in this years game hopefully we’ll get in next years game. 🫡
I know it’s the games first year back and I’m not complaining but it’s just a feature I think would take the game to such a immersive next level. It would make the game unforgettable.
My issue and this is from NCAA Basketball decades ago. I had purchased real world rosters ,hand made 3rd party vendor. really cool to play a College game with real names as we did in Madden. Fine for year one but each year of imaginary computer generated recruits the immersion and realistic world connection diminishes. By year 4 it is pure fantasy. To resolve this updates and cooperation with community may merely reduce this issue to a legal one. I want a connection to real world HS kids and JUCO players, and also fix the issue with Madden so our classes can be drafted. In my Real Life I watch College Football and NFL and am tuned into both. I want both games and High School data merged for emersion and suspension of disbelief.
I would love to see more immersion, I would even like to see them bring in juniors or even sophomores for recruiting. Lots of guys are getting recruited earlier than senior year nowadays.
You have to think of the work and money they would have to spend to do that. That’s impossible. There is no way they can add all of the high school rosters, plus replicate stadiums and crowd noise. They will never be able to accomplish that. They just don’t have the bandwidth and money to do it. There are thousands of high school teams.
I would never expect them to do every single stadium I would like to see 10-15 cookie cutter schools and then your school. Very similar to the NCAA 14 game.
@@kuromi_3vil you are so correct. I was thinking of high school coaches filling out a form. or Blue Chippers volunteering. Kansas State has a recruit and I would like to see his name in the game now and as a player next year. But I agree at this time impossible.
I’m waiting to pre order until they say if we can make custom recruiting classes. I’m a coach and I wanna recruit my own guys, Dam it!!!!
I hope they have the feature as well. If I can remember I’ll try to when the game drops and comment back here for ya if they don’t mention it before launch
I watched a RUclips video the other day that stated that recruiting classes can’t be created for this game. They might let us do it in the next one, but outside of an update, it doesn’t seem like that feature will be there this year. I hope you still get it and enjoy it though. It’s been a long wait. You can still recruit and coach. I’m sorry that it seems like you won’t get what you wanted though.
NCAA 14 did not have the ability to fully edit classes you could add up to ~25 players you created. Would feel like that suffices but even if we can edit it in game post recruiting I think most people would be content.

I’ve played ea sports games for years now and have a love hate relationship with ultimate team. Would be great if they had ex legends in like bush, manziel and Harbaugh or at least ex heisman winners. Forgive me my college knowledge is very limited
If they give us Bo it is game over lol. I have never really played madden but MLB the show has Diamond Dynasty which is similar. I am gonna try it but I hope they give an adequate amount of players to earn that aren't behind a pay wall or take 3-4 days of constant play to get one card
@@cswee123I always found mlb to be well balanced with plenty of options for positions and a reasonable grind for most players hopefully this is the same but it’s EA so doubt it. games like madden and fifa always had a crazy meta that’s was overpriced or over grinded. hopefully because of the amount of licensed players in this game there will be multiple usable options otherwise everyone ends up with the same team
I agree MLB had done well but in recent years have gone more to pay for META not fully there yet though and maybe EA will attempt to not be so harsh in this years game to buy some favor with the community, but who knows all conjecture at this point.

No editing in dynasty mode, no highschool mode, no co op dynasty, no create a school, no mascot mode, no tug of war mode, heisman challenge, no FCS, no ESPN classics mode. And we havnt even gotten to the gameplay yet

@@justinwilson980 team builder is not create a school. TB was a web based system and actually wasn't in the game. If you have to have online access to utilize it isn't IN the game. It exists outside of the game and you import the team into the game. It's shitty EA requires you to make an online account to get all the features of a game
@@RubensBarrichello. haven't we had team-builder since NCAA 09? I remember Create a team on the Ps2 and I think teambuilder is a natural progression so I don't think it's that big of a deal since you can have more customization in the game
I like the idea of having create a school in the game but if you wanted more options then you could go online. Never thought about this but I agree sucks you need internet access for it.
