Tates11 -- My thoughts go like this . To achieve good results .The ball has to be @ 90° to the Burnishing Surface .Being at a 45° angle would fight the Ball and Ball Bearing . Your Quick Change Tool Post can be rotated 90° to accomadate the Diameter or the Face . -- Jim
Can you make the next one at 45 degrees so it can burnish the face and the diameter and any angle or radius in the same setting.
