Top notes: Lemon, Thyme, Bergamot, Lemon petitgrain, Mugwort
Middle note: Clove, Lavender, Black pepper, Chamomile, Cinnamon
Base notes: Oakmoss, Styrax, Tonka bean absolute, Vanilla, Frankincense, Musk, Patchouli
I was looking for a nice Patchouli scent and I found out about this brand but ended up buying this one instead. I got a sample to try first and I was so impressed by the scent, it I literally a full day of wear in the office type of scent. Clean, citrusy and spicy .. for gentleman.
The longevity is so good, unbelievable for an EDP. I was under the impression that my nose got tired or I get anosmic from the new scents, but it is not the case. The older formulations do seem to be more powerful, it is a pity that many creations of today are not as good as then.
Versatility: Great, must be dressed well, this is not for jeans and t-shirt
Seasons: All year round, is so powerful, classy and simply stunning
Score: 10 / 10 - this is a living proof of what great perfumery should be, I will look more into the house of Nicolaí because they came into my collection with a bang - what a scent !

I am 21 years old and I just love this fragrance and also all the others barbershop type of fragrance. NY intense smell luxurious and rich, spent my 10ml decant and I am looking for full bottle.

Razvan, I am going to try New York Intense by Nicolai Parfumeur next week when I go to NYC. I love Bois du Portugal by Creed but the performance is only average. A better, longer lasting version of Bois du Portugal is a fragrance that I want to own.
