Oh my goodness, trouble with both cameras, your car and RUclips! Hope your car is OK and you get home safely. BUT loved the embroidered picture and cannot wait to see it hem hung.
Oh my gosh! All those books! Those would be my first stop. There is good money to be made in books if you know how to scan the spines fast for the good stuff.
Misty from Thrifter Junker Vintage Hunter newest video was of her in an Antique Store called The Yellow Moon and came across one of those large embroidered pictures. The one with the broken log in it. They are amazing!!! Great find! I. Sure it was a lot more expensive in the antique store!
Great video Jocelyn. Pretty little Sebastian figurines 4 Xmas. Good choice. Really nice Goidwill. Sorry you had car trouble & stuck in hotel. Stay safe out there for goodness sake.❤
At 1:05 there is a pitcher with fake greenery in it. Has a red handle and strawberries on it. It looks to be vintage. I wonder if it is? I would grab it in a heartbeat.
I saw the possum!😂 The common perfume that you said you find a lot is princess house, it came with a matching tray and a round trinket covered dish. Purchased mine in the late 80s early 90s.
The Allentown GW is the one I visit weekly and must have just missed you! I saw the ghost and remember it was $9.99 lol to much but the yellow poodle earring holder I did pick up. I would have loved to meet you. I have an antique booth next door to that GW. Fun video!
Those Crewel pieces are so pretty. I think you found some nice things while you were there. I hope your car get fixed quickly and that you can get back home safely. On another note, does Andrew sell on Whatnot, RUclips or Niknax?
A little off subject, but, You need to have a podcast on the, Many different Hairstyles/Cuts of the Crazy Lamp Lady. They are always so cool and look great!!
I had that Lord's Prayer ceramic piece (after the earring holder) on my dresser when I was 12. That was 56 years ago. I loved that thing. I don't know what happened to it though. Aah youth.
So happy you're keeping the crewel... they will look amazing in your new shop! What was the 1st vase you picked up? I keep rewatching and cant quite make out what youre calling it.
I am always amazed when you turn over an item and it’s $1.99. I live on the west coast. Our Goodwill’s would not say $1.99 for that item it would be more like 4 to 699. It makes me curious about pricing west coast compared to east coast
05:28 Plankenhammer is a porcelain mark from Bavaria; this one was used after 1928 and up to its bankruptcy in 1974. It's a pretty piece; on the minus side, it's a souvenir from Berchtesgaden. 05:55 It's an honest-to-ghu tumbler! In the 1700s, drinking glasses were sometimes made with rounded or balled bottoms so it couldn't be set down on a table and you HAD to finish the drink in one go. The rounded bottoms tumbling the glass over led to the "tumbler" name. 10:15 Apropos of the bells--do you ever pick up things which YOU aren't that excited about, but that would excite Shelby or Sage to list? 11:14 I don't care for her so much; the lack of detail and features are kinda off-putting.
Can't believe you found anything in that Goodwill, lol. We go there frequently, as well as donate to that store, but I rarely see anything worthwhile there. Have you ever gone into Cottage Crafters? It has a good selection of antiques and collectibles.
All of the thrift stores I go to are taking their sweet time, putting out HALLOWEEN, and Thanksgiving, I did pick up a HALLOWEEN Pumpkin tart warmer from Yankee candle for $5.99.
The word in the upper left corner is Tzemahk, which means sprouting or growth. The word in the lower right corner is shefah which means abundance. The work in the middle left is mazel and in mazel tov meaning good luck. On the front on the lower right is the info for the artist with her Israeli international phone number. The pomegranates are one of the 7 species native to Israel and very important symbolism, especially at this time of year for Rosh Hashanah. So basically, this is created for tourists.
My mom has the floral crewel piece! She did the needlework herself either in the 70s or early 80s. Glad it found its new home with you.
I LOVE THE CREWELWORK PICTURES!!!! ❤❤❤
Wow, that Goodwill is full of treasures. Thank you for taking us along.
Crewel work pictures are beautiful. That Goodwill has so many items. I think anyone would be overwhelmed. A lot to take in. TY
That framed crewel art is AMAZING!!!! Holy crap!
Omg those huge crewel pieces are incredible!!!!!
The thing with the pomegranates is in Hebrew. In addition to good luck it says also plentiful and growth.
I was just coming here to post my identical thought on that. Pomegranates are very important symbols.
I figured that out while I was researching! So neat!
Could they be money bags?
You work so hard at this! Thank you for sharing your adventures and your struggles. I like your taste😎
Show us your new pictures hanging in your shop! Should look awesome!
You’d die to see my mom’s crewel art work from the early 80’s ! She did pieces bigger than the ones you bought.
That Allentown GW is awesome! I could spend all day in there!
Oh my goodness, trouble with both cameras, your car and RUclips! Hope your car is OK and you get home safely. BUT loved the embroidered picture and cannot wait to see it hem hung.

My sister stitched the one picture in the back with the stump. My parents had them over their bed for 20 years. They are so beautiful
Love the crewel
Sold the large crewel with the tree stump...right under 300.00!!!
Extra footage... Yay!! 🙌🫶🏼
You found some great treasures. Please show us the artwork after you put it up. Love the colors. 😊

I saw the possum!😂 The common perfume that you said you find a lot is princess house, it came with a matching tray and a round trinket covered dish. Purchased mine in the late 80s early 90s.

I've met her twice at the Lemoyne Goodwill... She's delightful and showed me what was in her cart. Such a treat to meet her!
@@cathyg3020 I’d probably get all nervous! I am sure she would be very personable and kind.
@@cathyg3020 That's great!
The driftwood did look like a possum! 👍

I'm hoping my Goodwills get the new shelving.
I am in love with those crewels! I had the floral and sold it for $150 when we moved. I regretted it ever since.
I had that Lord's Prayer ceramic piece (after the earring holder) on my dresser when I was 12. That was 56 years ago. I loved that thing. I don't know what happened to it though. Aah youth.
What a happy shopping trip!

And you found a lot of great treasures
Was that a Jim shore at very end? Love it
Love your artwork!
I love the ceramic looking basket bowls. Do you think there is any resell value in those? I know they have become popular again in Scandinavia/ Norway
Thank you for sharing, I really look forward to seeing your videos❤

Thats the infamous Oreo cookie perfume bottle 😂 Jocelyn isnt your car new??? I didnt think you had it that long. Hope it worked out.
Yes. 😅 It’s under warranty.
I wanted that ghost holding the pumpkin 🎃
The pink pumpkin was very nice for a change, great colour.
Your right, it looks like a opossum to me too !
The silver wall hanging with the pomegranates insert is probably made in Israel. Some of the writing is in Hebrew. Might list as judaica.
Love the art work lot of work there
Lying in bed relaxed and my eyes about popped when I saw all the Franciscan cups etc 😳
Love your videos
The duck and the brown teapot!!
All of the thrift stores I go to are taking their sweet time, putting out HALLOWEEN, and Thanksgiving, I did pick up a HALLOWEEN Pumpkin tart warmer from Yankee candle for $5.99.
I did crawl and embroidered during college on jean jackets and denim shirts for extra income. 1070’s.
None of our GW (Chicago) have furniture.
Those were the fullest shelves I have seen for quite awhile.
That jadeite bowl might have been Fenton clambroth compote!
I have the same purple Fenton pitcher; 1981
Well as they say Everything happens in threes...2 cameras and 1 car. So you're good for a while hehe 💜💙💚💛🧡
I miss AllenTown PA
The ghost and pumkin was amazing they are an selling for about $250ish at mo
You passed up all that Franciscan dishes! You’re tripping. LoL
Wood burls are very valuable...a wood turner will put that on a lathe and make a 7000 bowl.
The stopper on the clear perfume reminds me of an Oreo cookie. I'm probably hungry too ^_^
I believe that clear dog was a French Bulldog. 😊
I lived in Allentown and went to the Goodwill twice a week.
Another great video! I could see a possum 😅. Thank you for sharing!
The object with the pomegranates has Hebrew (handwriting script) on it.
