Tony Atlas is a legend and could draw big money it's so sad that bookers and promoters took advantage of his good nature.... We love you Mr. USA!!!!

Well said. Not only did the promoters and bookers take advantage of him, but so did his peers..the other wrestlers. They saw his good nature and self admitted lack of business savvy and walked all over him. The dude was a genetic freak. If you listen to what his former bodybuilder peers, gym owners and the early nutritionists from his time (guys like Chris Aceto and Bob Grushkin), they say that the guy was a total genetic freak. The dude went from sleeping under a park bench and eating hamburgers out of a McDonald's dumpster to being on tv as Saba Simba in a matter of weeks. Personally, If I miss a meal, workout or an injection, I start losing weight. I don't know of many or even ANY other guys that could hold that type of mass while living on the street. Dude was a legit bodybuilder.

Tony Atlas is a great American. He admits his failings and has managed to make a comeback so to speak. He is actually smarter than many people with a lot of formal education. I have his book and would have loved to see him in the 1980's with his head on straight. I believe that Atlas is undefeated against Hulk Hogan which shows his level at one point.

WWE should add Tony Atlas, Rocky Johnson, Owen Hart Ron Simmons/Farooq (WCW, NOD and APA), JYD and Koko B. Ware on the new WWE 2k19 game or just make a new legends of wrestling game with all the top wrestling promotions back in the 80's on there.

Tony Atlas is no BullShyter, he tell it like it is. Him vouching for Hogan says whole lot. He know the man personally. Him saying what others who know him and his fans who been playing attention to Hogan career, that he is not racist. That enough validation. Using a racist word dont make you a true racist, but racist actions does. Dont confuse two, some white and black folks have. Including Hogan, when he made the remark of him being little racist for using the word. I suggest folks re watch the unedited tape of Hogan and listen for yourself, instead of repeating stuff out of context. He made no hateful remarks toward Black people, his problem was with the Black dude that was dating his daughter. A black man living off his father name and money. A drunk person spill all there feelings, Hogan didn't say nothing more but use the N-word. That's it. Forgive him for the poor choice of words. Us Black folks need to worry about more important issues.

I think Tony has a good head on his shoulders regarding the comment Hogan made he sees through the bullshit & realises people are just trying to bring Hogan down.
I personally think there is no pro wrestling without Hulk Hogan. period
One comment I did disagree with was Mike Tyson not being equivalent to Ali, because Ali has (on more than one occasion) said himself that Mike was his equal.

I sure wish that every was as logical about race as Tony. I am so sick of hearing 'he's a racist', 'he's a bigot', 'the white man is trying to hold me down', 'white people are the devil'. I am soooo sick of it. It is 2018, people are too busy worrying about themselves to 'hold anyone down'. Again, it is 2018, we can't live in the past forever. You never hear about Jewish people talking about the atrocities of World War 2 and that was 10x worse than anything that has ever happened in North America. Frig. This really bothers me. Everyone can say whatever disrespectful crap they want about white people and no one bats an eye. But if the rolls were reversed..look out. It is so disappointing. Tony is right on the money with what he said about the Hogan situation.

Tony grew up in the 50's so he is used to racism even the n word he answered to that more than his actual name in the wrestling business back then.. If you had common sense you'd realise that he was surviving back then not living (survival of the fittest)
