Something I like to do at least once a week is walking backwards but up a steep hill. I found that helps alot for both my quads and coordination skills as well.
I like the content but it seems like you should tell us how to build up to sissy squats as it doesn't seem like a person should just try them outright. As presented it seems more concerning than having people try two legged hamstring curls outright.
I'll look for them, this was the first sissy squat video of his the algorithm showed me... The first one I've found since uses a TRX are there more than one? Just curious if you happen to know... Thanks...
