I do not recommend mounting the drive hub only on a screw. Even a 10.9 bolt will not withstand the force needed to transmit the torque. I suggest using an axle made of steel rod with prismatic keys for transmit torque.
After watching this and about a thousand other DIY videos on here it has occured to me that the Wire Feed Welder may be the most widely used invention of the century.
I like the concept but you did a lot of unnecessary work like making the wheel base wider and it was already chain drive so all you had to do was make the sprocket thicker so you can use a bigger chain.
Very Cool !!! A Suggestion...If You Take 2 Old Car Tires And Cut The Sides Off, But Leave About A 5cm or So Lip Around It.. Then Fit The "Skins" Over Your Back Wheels.. It Would Be A Tracked Vehicle..Like A Mini Tank... If You Want To Do It And Make A Video.. Giver Bro, I Think It Would Be A Cool Accessory to Your Build (Annnnd More Content..lol.)

Have you ever noticed stuff looks neater when it's black and red. Good work!! The tires may not be big but they're four of them driving. Probably also a really cool 😎 beach ⛱ 😎 runner!!! Now put a motor bike 🏍 engine on it along with lights and a horn and you can probably get it street worthy 😀!!!

Comme travail très bien. Par contre rouler avec ça sur la route, non, c'est très dangereux, vous êtes très bas, les autres véhicules ont du mal à vous voir. Il n'y a aucune sécurité, pas de différentiel, je ne sais pas quel vitesse ça peut atteindre, mais probablement que les freins sont aussi sous dimensionnés. Comme jouet, super rien à dire, beau jouet, mais n'allez pas sur la route avec ça et mettez un casque 😉
The Pipes of the Frame are the same and its now even lower then before. With a 200ccm Engine you get a fast Go Kart, but that is a Deadtrap. People calculate first, how much Stress the Pipes had to deal with. You use a Child Toy with now a way more Power.It had a reason, that People dont use such weak Pipes for a Frame of a real Go Kart, they dont have a Deadwish.And dont drive on a public Road ,you end as a big red stain on the Street,i promise you.
Gostei simples e prático, mas acho que ha uma pequena falha!! , o travão devia se do lado direito porque o pe que trabalha o acelerador é o mesmo no travão, pode tornar mau hábito quando pegar num automóvel . É que o pé esquerdo não tem a mesma sensibilidade de travagem como o direito. Mas parabéns pelo projeto. 👍

Worst design ever! the steering is useless. two solid axles affixes with a chain can't turn! That's why he only goes straight.
