Celtic fans: Why did we sell our main striker in January? Who does that? Disgraceful. Also Celtic fans: Why can’t we get another teams main striker in January? Disgraceful. Without a hint of irony. Done it ma’sel to be fair.
In terms of young homegrown talent, young Miller is already the most complete midfielder in the league by a country mile. Not signing him in this window will likely result in us missing out on him altogether come the Summer. Even if it is indeed a loan-back deal until the end of the season, just make sure you get his signature NOW! It sadly has all the remnants of the John McGinn scenario written all over it, in the obligatory Celtic board manner. Happy to spend 11 million on a complete project player (who came with unjustified stats) because he's foreign, meanwhile willfully ignoring the talent on our very own doorstep because he's Scottish.
This is the most important transfer window with Champions league qualifying early next season. As Brendan said yesterday there is plenty of good players available in January, that is quite the change from him to previous comments. In an alternative universe Brendan has signed a two year extension & we replaced one of our main strikers who was itching to leave 😕
@leannecampbell4551 No, the rumours are/were Brendan was going to sign an extension may still happen, i hope it does. It's quite tiresome the anti Rodgers mob, none including yourself have a clue to be honest 😉
We seem to be running the academy to train up players for other teams. We can't seem to hold on to any of them. What is the point of having it , if all they do is use the facilities and training to develop then bugger off?
Ah’ve changed ma mind about the offside goal , it was offside , the lines are drawn badly the margin against the green grun is wrong , in point of fact the poor margining of the line makes it look ah closer call than it should’ve been , if the lines had been margined property the player would be shown to be clearly offside
The past 3 transfer Windows have been about the bhoy from bronby ok so 14 million if he does well celtic will at the very least double there money can't see why there's a problem
I don't know how you guys find the strength to come on and talk about this club I take my hat off to you because this is an absolute shambles of a club this club isn't progressing its a mess and its embarrassing
I understand why you feel that way. I think though that this should be directed at the board and and their scouting and buying policy. With that skinflint Lawell, every penny is a prisoner, to the detriment of the players we can put on the pitch. You would think that they would learn from what happened in the McGinn scenario and many before that. We have seen them save a penny and end up losing a pound.👍
Since Daizen has kept balls on ground when "crossing in" his assists have ramped up

Miller will go on to a higher leage and leave egg on our boards faces. Again.

Are you insinuating our manager contradicts himself?? 😂

All the teams use data now so finding a jem is going to be a lot harder it could also be used to bump up a player's value because his data is good.
Need a LB. Need a Striker. Happy to get Miller too. I suspect we'll get 1 of the 3, if we're lucky.
McGeady did not come back from Russia to play for Celtic he was still chasing money his whole career
Keep the faith hoops will surprise us hh
Pathway my bum... literally no chance of getting game time at West ham....but what he will get is 5x the wage
As far as academy players go thur needs to be an automatic sell on fee that goes to the players academy club

Wee Sadie the dinner lady could run Celtic recruiting better!
