Thanks for the walkthrough. I did it, and it is ALIVE!!! I think, a few hints are missing: 1. The battery needs to be discharged before changing anything. 2. You do not just need a display, but of course also a glue kit, to but the back on again (you can't really use the old glue) 3. Some spare displays are coming with the volume button and the speakers (not the loud ones, but the one you actually phone with), some don't, so you have to also change these parts.

Super Arbeit, jetzt geht garnichts mehr Akku auch Kaputt kann ich nur Weiter empfehlen.
