OK, let's be serious for one moment here and face few facts here. Even though none of us wants Jinjur to become queen, she is right about one thing. Scarecrow is an usurper to the throne because he was declared King by the Wizard who lacked any legal authority to declare anyone a King. Despite Jinjur also being an usurper, her right to the throne is equally legal as Scarecrow's is. More importantly, the rightful heir to the throne of Oz is alive and well, although not revealed as such yet, which also makes Scarecrow legally an usurper. The question of Scarecrow being a King will soon come up as an important plot point in future episodes. Same goes for Tin Man in Winkie County, though he was declared King by Winkies, so his claim has much more legality then Scarecrow's.
Not to mention that the Wizard was also an usurper to the throne in the first place. So, legally, he lacked any right and authority to make any decisions, let alone choose next King.
Scarecrow talks about how boring it is being king, and it plays it up as a sympathetic moment as if validating what a dull job it would be for anyone. But this series ends off with ozma returning and becoming queen, and her needing to do the same job, which you'd think be pretty awful for a child to go through
How could anybody in their right minds consider Jinjur and her "army" a serious threat to anything and anybody is way beyond me. With all the army in Emerald City and Tin Man's army of Winkies, they could have easily chased her and her "army" away in literally minutes. It is not even a real army, but a bunch of young girls who do nothing but yell and insult everything and everybody.

Gingur is by definition gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss
In this episode, Tip mentions being crowned a King. This, as we all know, is huge foreshadowing of future major events.
