- Getting hundo or perfect IV Pokemon is something many of us enjoy doing in Pokemon Go. Today, I explain in great detail on how to instantly get a hundo Pokemon from a shadow Pokemon which is one of the best ways to get it after defeating a team rocket grunt or leader in Pokemon Go.

I also did 61 raids in total …took me 59 to get the purified Hundo …was gonna stop there but decided to do 2 last one nearby to end the day …on my last one I got the shadow Hundo 🔥🙌🏾
Did 58 total. Best one I got was going to be 15/12/14 if purified 😫 My disappointed is real
I have three that could be purified to 100% but they are all too valuable as shadows. They are Rhyperior, Kyogre, and Dragonite. Another that I am undecided about is a 13/15/15 Houndoom.
I have 0iv Shadow shiny dragonite and 0iv Shadow rhyhon
would suggest keeping them as shadows except for the houndoom since he has a mega form and not really useful as a shadow attacker
That kyogre is insanely lucky
Def purify houndoom, I did the same with a swampert before I knew shadows were more powerful but it’s 100 mega so not terrible
If you dont have a hundo Houndoom already then definitely purify so you can Mega evolve it

my favorite thing to hunt in the game is high IV shadow so I don't really like to purify but for weak shadows it can be useful for hundo collection purposes
Keep in mind if it’s a useless Pokémon overall I think a hundo flex is more important than having a 13 15 14 or something Pokémon you’ll never even use

Got myself a hundo Houndoom and an Aerodactyl like this, both can Mega Evolve so it was worth it
Hi Brandon, I wonder if you could make a video about how you cleaning you Pokemon storage and item bag. Plus, in what levels you think needs to increase and how to manage it properly.
You can search Pokémon in your storage by 0*, 1*, 2*, etc. Then just spam delete your bad IVs
No Tan, NO! The easiest way to get a hundo WITHOUT COMPROMISING GOOD IV SHADOES is by.....TRADING!!! that's the best way to get 100% IV.

Ok so as a recap. Non-weather boosted shadow Pokemon we encounter have a 1/152 chance to be hundos when purified while weather boosted shadows are 1/64?! I’ve been after this Shadow Bagon for a MINUTE. I guess I’ll wait until it’s windy lol.
My shadow groudon is a 13/13/13. Definitely lvl 51ing it one day. I thought about purification but that’s a horrible idea. I’m super happy with it
purification means saving a pokemon in pain a.k.a. shadow pokemon. 12:29 A shadow pokemon may be stronger than a purified one but it isn't ethical. A 2/2/2 purified weedle is more ethical than a shadow shundo mewtwo. Pokemon has taught us time and again that power isn't everything. Yes you can take down a raid boss in 1 minutes (with shadow pokemon) rather than in 2 minutes (with non shadow or purified pokemon) but you are sacrifising your morals for power and growing up all the stories I heard had the villain go for power while the protagonist went for the moral decision. And since we are the protagonists of Pokemon Go we should use purified pokemon, despite how tough it is, we should not succumb to the dark side a.k.a. the shadows a.k.a. to team rocket.
I recently got a purified Gardevoir and it is a hundo. From a 3 star Shadow Kirlia. I even gave it new attacks.

0 IV Shadow Pokémon are stronger than perfect IV ones, but don't they take 20% more damage? What about a 0 IV Shadow vs a regular with PVP IVs like 1/15/15?

I always do this with my mostly useless mons. I have a purified 4* camerupt and shiftry. I was tempted to keep the shiftry at 13-15-14 since seedot is such a common spawn for me, but I also thought the cp boost would make it more useable for me now, and I was never planning on investing in it even as a shadow anyway.

when i first started i got a 100IV shadow mudkip but thought that it would be stronger if i purified it...... biggest mistake of my life
You see?? You learn something everyday.
If you had a high IV's Shadow Pokemon (has 13 IV's or above across the Board) you don't purify it
Only Purify if:
1. you had a Shadow pokemon that could have better IV's 11's across the board if you prirify it (12 IV's across the board to 14 IV's)
2. The Pokemon has 13+ IV's across the board, but it can mega evolve (Shadow pokemon can't mega Evolve)

To be honest, I always purify any shadow pokemon lower than 98% IV. People play this game for different reasons, and I play the game soley to collect 100% IV pokemon, don't care about its meta relevance.

if you dont have the 100%, ill say whatever shadow it is, you purify an lucky trade an get a lucky purify pkmn, an get both bonus in reduction in cost of stardust an candy.

If you want hundos just use a hundo scanner in a big city it will tell you all the hundos near by that you can walk to

i got a question, so i have a shiny lucario and its IV is 15-15-14 so 1 point from 100% IV. if i trade that pokemon with someone, shouldn't it gain that extra point? and can i trade it back
DO NOT TRADE. It can hypothetically gain that point but, it’s ridiculously improbable. You’d most likely end up with a worse version of that Lucario

yo! that lvl 30 'mon you just caught in a GO raid aint no "hundo" when you transfer it to HOME, so you can use it (or store it to be used later) in a game and a battle league that really matters. You're gonna need some bottle caps to round out a total of 6 IVs (as opposed to 3)! Then there's the addition of EVs, and one to two more select moves you can teach it - and the strategy that goes along with that choice.
PoGO is full of costume 'mon locked in an app which is dying. When it ends, all those cute "exclusive" 'mon, and rare shiny versions of those, and shadows will disappear - forever ...
not to mention that by now in the near 8 years you've been walking around the same old town you might have spent more real money on GO than buying the last 3 gamefreak releases exploring their regions (and their dlc).
it's worth it to purify a hundo for Ho-Oh for the Master League. That's the only thing that's worth it right now unless you have several good shadow mewtwo and want to prep for the mega.
I only purify if I have a better shadow iv one

During a Necrozema raid … you were able to say it was a HUNDO before even catching it. How did you know what IVs it would have?
When raid we can get information the max cp we will get, max cp have Hundo chance
Go to sites, that leaks info, e.g. leekduck etc. That gave insights about hundo cp pokemon prior to raid

Each Pokémon has 0-15 for each category. So if it’s a low 2 star, it will stay a 2 star. You need Poke genie etc to show you it’s IVs
@@jamiemcg3223 ive seen videos online of people purifying their two star shadow kyogre turning into a three star to hundo. Thats the ONLY reason why i did it smfh. This game sucks at times

I hundo some shadows that arent raid or meta or special like kyogre. Lile have tons of shadow zubat and just purified 1 to a hundo. Then a joltik since shadow joltik isnt that rare for me either.

No. Your Shadow Kyogre is way stronger than a 100% non-shadow kyogre. I'll say save up as much candies as you can and use it in the Master League. It also dominates in raids as it's currently the best water type pokemon in the entire game. Plus shadow just looks way better than a non-shadow lol. Unless you already have a crazy shadow kyogre, and want a hundo for collection, I don't see why not.

No, each value will be increased by 2 points. So it will be "only" 15/15/14. Anyway I would not purify it because it does more damage as a shadow pokémon.

I wouldn't purify, but it would make a nice mega primal Kyogre. You should decide depending on if you already have a good Kyogre for the mega or not. Have fun!
Everyone plays the game differently. I do not care for PVP. I would purify that 91 shadow for a purified hundo and the ability to Primal evolve.
So this is just for bragging rights? I was told IVs are minimal dps or defence ect and the dps loss for removing shadow is greater than even a mega evolved version (but 20% less tanky) not that im overly concerned all the shadow pokemon ive got are barely 1-2 stars haha (started two weeks ago)
