This is the 33rd "reaction" to this song !!!! Martha has about 8 songs recorded with Lucy, and Martha started recording at 10 years old and as of Nov 4 2023 is 14 years old, Lucy is 19 and will be 20 the 21st of Feb 2024, other songs they have done going backwards, WHAT A WONDERFUL WORLD, SMILE, where their mother Louise joins them for a UK mothers day celebration, THE CLIMB, the PRAYER, WHEN YOU BELIEVE, which features Martha, YOU RAISE ME UP, THE ARMS OF THE ANGEL, AND SAYSOMETHING, all great songs, and No Martha does NOT have a singing channel but she does have an Instagram account where her riding is featured, yes Martha is a very accomplished equestrian winning several events last summer, she rides Dressage and Show jumping, side note Lucy doe NOT ride !!! recent songs Lucy has released, WHITER SHADES OF PALE, EVERGREEN, GREATEST LOVE OF ALL, originals BRAND NEW DAY BROKEN DREAMS, STARLIGHT, SUDDENLY, GENTLE BREEZE, and as a suggestion at end of Gentle Breeze Lucy's first commercial recording, ONE DAY at 14. thanks for the react and yes we long time followers know how STUNNING these young ladies are!!!

This the latest duet released just the week before Christmas 2023, and the one to go on your Christmas playlist. Lucy 19 and Martha 14 years old in this and now. This song here like ‘The Prayer’ gets more and more intense with repeat listening. Spectacular heavenly harmonies giving deep chills to the spine, and when Lucy and Martha harmonize it’s like the heavens have opened and Lucy soars to truly inspirational heights. 👼💫

Great reaction. Martha’s voice has really progressed to upper tier. Of course, Lucy is in the stratosphere (not just the notes she hit here) and is probably the best singer in the world now. Martha doesn’t have her own channel from what I gather. Don’t forget “All By Myself” as you slide to the right (about 12 spots).

Hi Ace, another great reaction to the fabulous Thomas girls!!!, whilst Lucy's career path is music, it seems that Martha only sings at the moment as a hobby!!! can you imagine how good she would be if she concentrated on her amazing voice, it seems that currently she is more interested in equestrian events ,where she is having a lot of success, and yes Lucy does look different in this one, but never less than beautiful.!!

Hi Ace .Great reaction Lucy & Martha have done an amazing job of this song which is usual for them ,yes Martha took the anchor on this and Lucy went into the stratosphere .Lucy is the professional singer of the two Her and Martha get together periodically and do a duet together ,You mention Martha maybe nervous I don't know maybe a little I would singing with someone of Lucy´s calibre. Martha does not have her own channel she is still very young and is not interested in singing as a career she is more interested in equestrian sports in which she excels and I think is looking at the Olympics in the future I heard somewhere .As for Lucy she is possibly the best singer in the world today. Thanks for your continued support for Lucy. Listen to "All By Myself" or even some really early Lucy songs where you can see her progress.

Martha has her sites set elsewhere!,she hasher own horse Cloud in which she does dressage etc!,glad you brought up about Lucy always looking slightly different,I have thought that! I think she can metromorphasise in the same way she can change her voice to suit any song!😄,anyway they/ her are always stunning!,beautiful sisters!💖

Are you seriously, why not do everything for Lucy, the sister's are wonderful excellent singer's. This is Amazing voices beautiful there fantastic melodies harmonies.
I love seeing the look of amazement and wonder on your face with this. It only came out about 5 weeks ago and so I was experiencing exactly the same thing then and I still feel it strongly now and I've probably seen it 10 or 12 times.
At this point I believe Martha is about 13 years old and Lucy is 19. Their sister harmonies are just otherworldly.
They recorded a few duets starting as long ago as about 3 years ago I believe. Lift Me Up. There's another one called The Prayer. Both of those are amazing. And what is so cool about this new one is to see not only how much Lucy has progressed, but Martha as well!
If you notice, late in the piece, they switch roles and while Lucy is still singing a higher harmony to Martha, by going up really high, and while she does the harmony part, Martha takes the lead. I'm not sure I've seen that before. And she kills it for that age.
Martha only appears on Lucy's channel, and Martha, while still heavily working on singing, is apparently at least currently more interested in pursuing athletics than a singing career. But we shall see, and I bet she will always be involved somehow.
These two sisters are barely getting started and it's amazing how far both of them have come in just two or three years.
This is my favorite Christmas song. My favorite version of this song is done by the songwriter, Mark Lowery.
Oh yeah, I meant to say that I follow a few RUclips channels that feature vocal instructors and singing coaches and professional singers and Opera singers, and many of them are starting to cover her stuff in their reactions, and I've been surprised at the number of times that Lucy herself has actually commented in these, expressing gratitude for the support, as well as her producer, Dan Broom, who even writes some of the stuff and is a major figure in this.
Mary did know because the arch-angel, the messenger explained it all.

Martha is only 14 and usually just harmonizes with Lucy, she does not have a Solo out yet ( though all her fans are hoping) they are spectacular and their duet of the Prayer will blow you away!
Yes, they are awesome together. About Lucy looking different...i notice it. In each video she look different , even if there is only few weeks between the takes. Is it the magic of make up ? Or the magic of Lucy?❤😉
Lucy's appearance changes somewhat because her age ranges in the videos from 16 ("Halleluja") to almost 20 ("A Whiter shade of Pale"). Also, her weight changes slightly over time, and she is maturing in terms of vocal personality, depth of character - often seemingly in a realm above ours in wisdom, knowledge of life, insight, artistry. She is truly unique and fascinating even beyond her wonderful voice.
With this release, Martha is really stepping up to the plate.
Their harmonies have always been sweet.
Can't wait to see a video release of "Pie Jesu" that is on Lucy's latest album.

Great reaction. This is the most beautiful performance that I have ever heard from anyone bar none. Martha is only 14 here, which may explain her less outgoing appearance. But her voice is progressing in leaps and bounds. From what I have read, Martha's passion is equestrianism. Obviously Lucy's passion is singing and she excels at it.

Just watch this for the second time and I wish you would do a Lucy Thomas playlist so that we could easily see what you've done before rather than just going off of memory. And it used to be you could search the name of your channel Plus for example Lucy Thomas and it would pretty much show you everything but now they've changed the algorithm and it just shows you 8 billion possible things and it does not show you everything you've done. So frustrating.
At any rate, I don't think you've done the prayer, but if you haven't, it's from a bit earlier when they are both younger and so it's fascinating but it's still a tour de force. Some days I cannot get it out of my head it's so strong.
