How to set a sat nav destination using voice control

- We were asked how to do this by one of our viewers. It shows how to easily search for an address and set it as your destination using your voice control. I actually found it easier than doing it on the screen!
How do you Voice Search for a POI? I've tried but get no results.
Hello. I just purchased a 2021 Mazda CX-30 and cannot figure out how to display an artist’s folder and songs list after the artist is already playing. Sometimes I would like to see the list of songs and maybe scroll up or down and select another song, but this is not possible. Moving the large control knob left, right, up, or down does nothing. If I press the control knob, it takes me back to the Main Menu and lists Source, Folders, Library, Playback Controls, and Audio Settings. I am using a USB memory stick as the source for my music. Thanks for any recommendations.
A real issue that you cannot use postcodes on this (I know that you can use the data wheel to enter a postcode) because you have to know the full address of your required destination or the system cannot find it; also if a town has say, more than 1 "High Street" you have to know exactly which one you want from the list. Mazda need to speak to Volvo.
Can you string voice commands together? Eg “navigation, address search” then give the address at the prompt

My sat nav is worse than useless. It sends me down closed roads, the wrong way on one way streets, wrong turn at roundabouts, into peoples drives, miles out of my way, absolute rubbish. I have to use my phone.
Sorry to here this. How old is your car? Have you updated your maps to the latest update?
My voice control is total useless for my 2022 CX-5 when looking for a store or a business. What command to find a store called "wooden hanger"? If I search on Iphone the Mazda app finds the store, but voice command just states "do not understand".
Same with my cx 5 new gen.... so annoying.
@@dennisbermudez2356 I put a wireless in my CX5, and now use Waze all the time, works great. Just say use Waze to navigate to…😀
Hi, I have a 2020 Mazda 3 GT Sport Tech Skyactiv-X. What do you have to say to set the satnav destination to the location you've saved as "Work"?

Hi everyone just a quick question I have a 65 reg mazda 3 only had it 6 months from stoneacre acworth but for the last 2 day it carnt pick any satalites up so the screen is stuck where it lost satalites it came with 3 years warranty but they don't seem to be interested in sorting it just wondering if any one could shed any lite has what I could do myself to rectify the issue thanks everyone 😊☺
Try settings and reset to factory settings may work but not sure

My cx5 is annoying while using voice command
Thats a lot of steps... definitely could be simplified
If you have destinations you use a lot you could save them as favourites to make it quicker.
U have the same voice as the navagator
Sat nav voice navigation is a right nightmare in my CX30 ... Waste of space

@@mazdagurus5451 No thank you for asking, I just use Android Auto now and don't bother much with Mazda sat nav, bit of a shame as I like the display.
@@farangtravels3956 Have a Mazda 3 2022 and the voice control is next to useless. Mazda really need to experience their own products. You say "Navigate to " and the responses are utterly bizarre. Will need to post a video. Would suggest more than an upgrade is needed.
@@mazdagurus5451 Can you advise when Mazda is going to push out an OTA Update to fix the Voice Navigation (perhaps add a "learn / train" mode?
