I've lost count of how many times I've whatched this message, it's incredible teaching
Jesus saved me from a spiritual attack in April this year that almost took my life. I was awoken from sleep, choking to death unable to regain normal breathing. I called out Jesus Help and the choking instantly stopped. This was even before I had given my life to Jesus, after years of witchcraft and new age movement. Listening to this sermon by Dr Lester makes my faith grow so much deeper. Thank you Lord Jesus and thank you for uploading this priceless wisdom

Without listening to it again, I think Brother Sumrall mentioned ~'92' as being in the future(?), so I'm guessing 1991, or thereabouts.
We were blessed with a three day Seminar featuring Brother Sumrall at RBTC in either '86 or '87. That was the last year Brother Sumrall came to RBTC for that seminar. I still have the cassette tapes.
Watching in 2023 for the second time in two days. I’m so inspired by this great word of God, we got to have faith.

Dr. Lester Sumrall's minstry had a great impact here in my country(Philippines) ever since the Clarita incident. The church he build here is now named "Cathedral of Praise"(formerly called "Manila Bethel Temple"), and it is currently under shephered by his nephew---Pastor David Sumrall.
@Troy Hailey He laid hands on me to receive the baptism when I was 6 weeks pregnant with my son in May, 1990. I dreamed I went to Heaven that very night in a rocket ship! It felt as if I was hit by a freight train! I have grown like a weed ever since.

When I was 38 years old I knew in my heart that I was missing something! I was a happy person and had a very good life but knew there was something more than just living life, having a career and a family! My pastor gave me a book called Come Holy Spirit! As I read the author said I could know the God of the Universe and all I said was that is what I want! A basketful of joy was dumped on my head and joy flooded my soul! Life changed forever and I fell in love! It was the beginning of getting to know my Saviour Jesus, Our Father God and the precious Holy Spirit! He fills my whole life and everyday there is more! So thankful for the Body of Christ who know Him intimately!🇨🇦❤️

He is one of my favorites and he is Truly a Real Man of God....Hard to find men like this that are still preaching !!!
Earl Saunders he was sincere but he was also anointed and filled with the Holy ghost. I can listen to him all day. Ive heard him say, anyone can get delivered just by listening to a preacher preaching under the anointing.

Lester Sumrall was one of my first Spiritual Fathers when I was a young Believer in remote Alaska. I read his books and watched VHS tapes. He was a gentle man and full of Holy Spirit power. I had always wanted to sit under his mentorship. He planted good seed into this hungry young woman so long ago.

I had the honor and pleasure of listening to Brother Sumrall about 40 years ago when I was a new Christian. I live in Panama City, Florida where Lester Sumrall lived as a very young man and he returned to hold a revival. He had a series of books out that explained the difference between your spirit, soul and body which one local preacher taught in his home during weekly Bible studies. As a New Christian I had no concept of how my spirit, soul and body functioned and interacted with each other. At the time I didn’t know what a great man of God he was but I found out many years latter and I will always consider that time of my life as such an honor and blessing from my Lord.
Well he may be a great man of God but i am trying to put away jesting or joking around

If i were all that interested in worldly stand up comedy i would simply search for it and get thousands of hits.
It is sad that in the last hours of the last days in order to keep a congregation from being board to tears and falling asleep you have to throw in a joke every 5 minutes.
Please do show me anywhere concerning "the Gospel" message that we are to be funny? Ya thats what i thought there is only tremendous seriousness concerning the Gospel, but man has decided that you have to entertain most christians into the kingdom.
I am not but 7 minutes in and have heard 3 jokes that got a roar from the congregation, if getting to heaven requires much jockularity then this crowd is pumped and primmed already.

I am still working on putting away jesting as it is deeply ingrained in me, I may be 60 but still act like a kid with the kids in my congregation.
I have seen plenty of stuffy old people that if they smiled it would crack their face!!!
I am not talking about being some stuffy old person that never smiles, but only too put away jesting as per the Scriptures.

I believe he was the greatest minister and missionary who ever lived, yet mostly unknown except to heaven. He remained humble and true to God all his life. He didn't amass treasure unto himself, but gave it all away to the next pastor when Jesus moved him on to his next assignment.
You havent read his history. His ministry is flourishing tremendously worldwide today.

That was interesting, What i am thinking is that tonight, my family felt like there was going to be an attack on us. We anointed the windows and entrances. Started praying and listened to the holy spirit, I have this feeling that I was to watch this sermon. I never watch anything religious on youtube and I have premium membership without sharing with anyone. This popped up after we prayed. It opened my understanding of faith more! Thank you lord!

My first time hearing his message. What a blessing. You cant help but just love the man of God. He drops a spiritual nugget in your spirit and have you laughing as he does it. You are on the edge of your seat about to tip over cause you want to fall on him and get an impartation of his anointing. Remember his nuggets..faith is like trust and faith is an act. How far can you trust God.. Give and God will give you more. Give what you got to get your need met. Simple yet awesome way to please God. Thank you for his messages, they still instill faith in our hearts with joy. God's love shines brightly in him. Practice his nuggets of faith and be blessed. I would give him my pocket if I didn't have any money to give just to be obedient..lol ...God is waiting on you to bless your seed planted.Thank you again for his sermons!
