No they don't, you need to get the correct mortgage if you want to rent as a Serviced Accommodation. Our mortgage allows you to do either. Hope this helps.
@@hannahboden8497 is that with Shawbrook Hannah? So far I have been quoted separately for FHL and BTL mortgages and I would prefer to have the choice to do either or a combination of both for my current project. Many thanks.
Can I please ask, as do not understand one aspect. If a bridging loan was the funding of this, those must been some pretty good conditions there, as in my head BL is a short term, high interest, so I am confused how this property is not sold but rented.
Hi Mateusz I think the bridging finance is used to purchase and refurb and then the developed property is refinanced in it's new state at it's new value. This is how the lady is able to get some of her own money back out and then rent the property.

I think the bridging finance can sometimes include the refurb funds, altho' probably at 85% LTV so some personal funds required initially. £170k plus £60k is £230, so approx £40k at 85% ltv probably derived from previous projects etc

How does everyone Buy Refurbish Refinance when you are tied into a fixed rate mortgage etc it's not a quick process some people make it out to be???
