I think chiho from devil is a part timer might be that anime but yeah her leads in anime isn’t being the love interest who wins I think inori minase is the same like her where she has a lot of interesting leads in anime but the characters she plays doesn’t end up as the girl being the winner at the end

Rewatch the video, she said that even if she voices a heroin that does end up winning in the end, said anime never gets to the point where she actually gets to act out the scene. So you are both right and wrong, she did voice Chitoge in NiseKoi and she does end up winning, But she didn't get to voice act it because the anime didn't get the season in which she would win
