It's wonderful that this long-lost film has been found. Anyone interested in both Fred Lightner and his more famous sister Winnie Lightner may wish to read about them in my book "Winnie Lightner: Tomboy of the Talkies." Fred worked mainly in vaudeville, but Winnie became a major film star for Warner Bros.
I think this restoration could be done a lot better on the audio. I recommend getting a audio engineer or someone like that to clean up the audio because on the musical segments it sounds distorted or hard to understand, overall this is a great find, I just wish the the audio was cleaned up a little so the singing can be understood.

Fred's performance is great in this. It's always fun to come across films that have been largely unseen for 90+ years.
How are you related to them, might I ask? 🤔
I love he started singing randomly such a 30’s thing to do
Thanks for posting. Fun to watch as a piece of history. A campy little tale.
I always enjoy stuff from this era🎉
Thanks
This is a great find. Thank you.
Also super cool channel I been like watching every video this channel has, super good content!
That is still lyrically actually a great song
Maybe this is where David Lynch got his inspiration for Eraserhead?
