Nikolai Brown I went to several Xehanort’s boss fight video and found out that that’s not the case. The music was actually different during the rage form reaction command.

I love how Xehanort and his other parts are constantly banging on about darkness only for the final boss with him mostly using light.
Sol Anima Network i think it was meant tp be foreshadowing for Xehanort’s real goal
Xehanorts intentions are a bit misunderstood, mostly with shit spanning so many games and inaccurate translations. Xehanort himself believed light and darkness needed to be in equal balance, most of the shit he told Terra was stuff he believed. However weak individuals would cave into the darkness, gaining power they should not and fucking with the realm of light, in essence the balance becomes chaos which destroys worlds.
At least this was his final conclusion, the study into Darkness was forbidden which drew his fascination and he spent his life studying Darkness. Even in KH3 we see a young Xehanort doing experiments in Toy Story, figuring out the Darkness. As he got older and the more he studied, the more his opinions changed, you get teenage angst Young Xehanort and Emo Daddy Ansem SoD, to a fully enlightened old Xehanort.
Sam Or then, more likely, Nomura changed his mind and retconned Xehanorts already vague motivations...

Xehanort sitting on the chair in Sora pose is so badass I love it.
He is a fun boss but for a Final Boss he is disappointing, his moveset is severly lacking 80-90% of the fight he is just Teleporting, slashing you, teleporting, slashing you again and again which makes the fight overall quite boring, it's only get interesting when he forces you in Rage Form where he gain new attacks, then his DM but these are only like 10% of the fight sadly.
@@nesoukkefka1741 Xehanort really doesn't hold a candle compared to Ansem and especially Xemnas as a final boss. After finishing this boss all that came to my mind was "that's it?"

He keeps throwing those blue balls,disappearing and attacking with laser where you can't do anything but guard and the jizz attack where you have to spam reversal.
The only parts of the final Xemnas fight that were great(not saying it was a bad boss. It was like a standard boss for most of the time but the build up to it makes it 100x cooler. The Final Phase itself wouldn't have worked well if they hadn't added the previous phases ) was the Riku phase(even though the gamplay sucks but it makes it more challenging so I like it)
,the limit attacks and the final X and Triangle spam where you have to reflect Xemnas' attacks. I love Final Xemnas' fight too but I feel like it is too short and suffers from the same problem as Final Xehanort but (IMO) worse. He doesn't have too many attacks
@@Dev-nr4dw No Xemnas do more moves in his final phase than Xehanort :
-Blue balls
-Cloning himself.
-Kick
-Laser saber combos
-Lightning
-Throwing you into the air.
-Laser barrage.
-Trapping Sora making you play as Riku to save him (and speaking of which I would have prefer Riku and Kairi To be Sora teammates for the final battle).
- And that final attack was more satisfying (you can basically finish Xemnas however you want just for the style).
Final Xehanort isn't even close To that, heck even his armored form just before has a more diversify moveset than him.
1 What kicks? The only time I remember him using it is in that cutscene where Riku pass you back the keyblade.
2 What laser-saber combo? You mean when he clones himself and attack with both?
3 I get why you would like to have Riku and Kairi as allies for the final fight, but I really like to have Donald and Goofy instead. They have always been with us since KH1 and it makes sense to have them for the final boss of this long saga.
4 Again, it's subjective regarding the last attack. Both are very cool. The best way to make Xehanort better would be that you have to press triangle to counter his ray.
I had such a hard time on his 3rd phase today it's not even funny. Seeing you handle it like HE'S level one amazes me

Honestly this fight is tied for me with KH2 Xemnas as a final Boss, yeah Xemnas was more spectacle, but this was definitley a fun and challenging fight on Critical.
Easily my favorite fight in the game, at least before ReMind DLC.
Trevor Williams xemnas I feel was just as challenging on critical, albeit the reversal not working but I feel the fights are pretty tied for me, maybe xehanort slightly because all his fights were against him and xemnas had a few weird fights before his true form. Xehanort would easily be better though if Scala was a full world and it built up to him
OG KH1 Ansem was harder on Expert (no proud/crit back then). KHFM made the game a lot easier.

The Heartless Gauntlet is so bullshit that I quit playing KHFM proud. The invisible heartless are nearly impossible to beat on proud and there are 10 of them. If you beat them then these magic heartless show up which are bullshit too AND if you beat these THEN INVISIBLES AND THESE MAGIC FUCKERS SHOW UP TOGETHER TO FUCK YOUR ASS! It is the most Artificially Difficult bullshit in KH series. It is unfairly difficult and I hate it.

Xehanort has a near omnipotent weapon.
He only uses it to teleport attack and fire not-mega destruction dark balls of darkness and destruction, barring the DM.
Seems legit.
I mean,maybe he could just be acting like a dumbass.
Edit: So he uses its full power at 10:30 or smth so maybe he didn't use the X-blade's full potential before. He needed Kingdom Hearts to defeat Sora. It kinda makes sense because Vanitas lost to fucking Ventus even though he had an X-blade.
He can cast aza power spells easily there's that, but like the rest of the x-blades power, he doesn't use it alot in this fight.

Could easily be attributed to him being extremely overconfident about his power. They way he speaks to Sora during the entire encounter sounds like he's just humoring him and being very condescending.
Gameplay-wise the fight could have been better but it happens.

I love how until he forces Sora into anti-form and towards the DM his attacks are literally just "slash 4 times", "Slash like a maniac leading to slash 4 times", and "blockable meteors"
This is how the fight should canically play out. Very well done.
Easily my favorite fight on level 1. It is actually challenging and isnt cheap and so it actually isnt the games fault for the player dying a lot.

I love the boss battles in this game, the wolf one in Arandel is one of my favorites...but man I wish the worlds had like multiple sections instead of just one giant battleground, because man grinding in this is tedious because of the huuuuuge backtracking to find one save point, In the originals it was like every 3 sections a save point

It's been great watching these videos. Great job! Now I wanna go and give level 1 crit a go myself.
One question, of the options you gave up (and still assuming no damage so no Cure or Items), what did you miss the most? Firaga, summons? Or maybe put another way, what is most valuable to the core combat system of KH3 other than your combos, movement/defense and keyblade transformations?
Magic kinda sucks in crit, but cure converter helps a lot. Links are really good and break a lot of bosses (I might show that off in another video). Mirage staff shotlock is insane as well and would make some of these really easy. I used transformations for the Disney bosses so it wasn't part of my restrictions necessarily. Kingdom Key is just really good and practical for no damaging the humanoid bosses.

I still feel like the two keys on the x-blade should have been the keyblade to light and darkness. And the blade at the end could have had intertwining silver & gold leading to it.

That selfie ended his entire career.
That part where Xehanort steals Sora’s light, I cannot help but laugh at how it backfired so badly on him. Like, he takes his light maybe expecting him to be weaker but it turns out to be almost as powerful as Ultimate form.
Although, I’m under the belief that Xehanort wanted to face all of Sora. Sora always have Light, Friendship and love on his side, but by killing Kairi, he also adds sadness and anger into the mix. Xehanort chalenges his prowess against multiple opponents, against one enemy, on the ground, under water and up in the sky. I believe that, when Xehanort stole his light, he did it not to weaken Sora but to see how good he was with the power of darkness. Xehanort is one of my favorite villains because he doesn’t underestimate the hero, he respects his power and actively encourage him to give his all in their greatest battle.

HeartsAnalyzer triple nort didn’t take me that long, you just needed to be careful of Xemnas’ “pay attention” move and stay off the ground so YX can’t pull any of his Bs

The part for the light pillars were the hardest for me . I couldn't time my dodges properly.
How did you get Rage Form's payback strike to hit consistently, and to not get stunlocked by guarding Xehanort's clones before the laser? They hit me long enough to be sniped and too long for Water's i-frames.
I did Lv.1 crit myself a little after it dropped it was easily the most difficult thing I’ve done in a game although I had the luxury of using Ultima do to NG+
