AMAZING and TALKING KONE Traction Freight elevator @ The American Dream Mall - East Rutherford, NJ

This thing is AMAZING. One of the best KONEs I've been on! This thing is so smooth, and the voice is super clear! Only a couple of freight elevators on RUclips talk! This is the second-best freighter I've been on, the first ones go to Cars 13 and 18 at the Palisades Center. This freight elevator also has "classic leveling" which is VERY rare for a freight elevator! I believe this elevator has an MX40 machine, which is the same machine used in the Hyatt Centric in NYC! But, I wish they would have used Peele doors instead of Courion.--------------------------

Woah rare! Who knew a freighter could talk? Very cool! Probably one of the best running KONE freighters so far. Except maybe that door closer. Oof. Nice art on that white panel as well. Very original.

I found a 7-story KONE freight elevator in Arlington VA similar to this one. I will try to get a video this summer!
A fright elevator this large, would likely have a 2:1 roping maybe under-sluged along with a compensating sheave on the counterweight.
As far as I know, MX40 is only 1:1. I highly doubt this but this could be an MRL MX20, as MX20 can carry 10000+ lbs at 150 - 200fpm
@@TechNerdNolan One dandy of a fright elevator and runs so smoothly. guess you will have to see about getting permission to see the machine room, as to the type of machine it is.

I don’t get y they decide to build WOODEN WALLS for a newer model. Like cmon stick with the stainless steel. Also that does seem very unique

They didn’t get banned - probably just asked to leave. But they will just think you are someone who works there as there are a lot of different employees from different stores

I don't think this would have a eco disk. Probably a holister Whitney geared machine because I've seen Kone use them before.

The Palisades Center has all MontgomeryKONE Traction freight elevators that are VERY FAST and make AMAZING sounds! Especially #13 and #18. That’s why I love them so much

UBS Arena has this exact elevator but no speech only passenger elevators do
UBS Arena’s freight doesn’t have a Kone controller
i dont know why they put straps on the doors if its powered
So that the doors can still be operated manually if the door motor breaks
not a mx32 because max cap for those in 2:1 which is what this is 3200 kg and not mx40 because max cap for 2:1 is 4000 kg. With this conclusion, this freight elevator uses kone's mx100 motor or it could be a mx 20+ at 4:1 with a max cap at 5000 kg.
There’s no way an MX100 would be at the same elevator as an MX20

I think I was on the 2nd floor and there’s a door next to the 2 fujitecs in elevator bank D. And then you follow a hallway and at one point you turn left
