Great video and nice setup! Interestingly, I have the EFH and cine light as well, but I experienced heavy light bleed when scanning 120, even when the extra light is masked out. I ended up modifying the EFH by just removing the diffusion panel, which seemed to have done the trick, but I also ordered Negative Supply, so I've just been using that mainly

Also a great option! Between valoi, EFH, and NS im still not sure which I like the most. I’ve had some issues with all of them, so it kinda boils down to what I grab first 😂

What were the specs for the lab scan? What scanner did they use? Most labs offer various scanning options, starting from 3 MB JPEG to 150 MB TIFF files. Without knowing those, comparing a lab scan against a home scan is just not useful.

I thought the A7Riii had a full frame sensor. Does this 1:1 ratio get affected by that?

Full frame and 35mm sensor mean the same thing! :)

How did you mod the EFH masks? I just received them and find that the negative in the "film border" masks does not sit flush and is slightly bowed. Other than that, really like the system.

Yeah I experience that as well, but unfortunately that’s the nature of getting the borders in it :/ I’m experimenting with some from negative supply to see if i can get better results
