1986 Highlands Water Treaty between Lesotho and South Africa up for review

The Lesotho Highlands Water Treaty is due for a review, and the Natural Resources Parliamentary Cluster is getting an induction on the 1986 Treaty between Lesotho and South Africa.
The Transformation Resource Center providing the induction course is raising red-flags regarding the Phase 2 treaty deviations that led to the current construction of the Polihali Dam.
