I know you probably wont take my advice because im a nobody, but take it from someone who has had years of PT because of using to many machines. If you can, use free weights or a barbell. It helps your body move naturally. When you are using the smith machine, it requires your body to move in a restricted plane of motion so it isnt natural. Hopefully that makes sense. I just dont want you to end up with long term injuries after years of training like i did

For older and people who had other issues. It’s lighter on the joints. As far as squatting goes then smith machine shouldn’t be a choice to consider but everything else, it has its benefits.

Some of these exercises are shit others are good just stick to the basic hip thrust, squat, Romanian deadlifts with moderate to heavy weight with reps and you will see quicker results.
Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. Same goes for men training with dumbbell isolation movements for curls, shoulder presses and lateral raises etc. if you have no understanding on this please don’t speak because isolating the muscle in terms of hypertrophy does one thing which will isolate the muscle and sculpt it which is what I originally stated. The stronger you get the more muscle recruitment your body will recruit and then the muscle size will grow…. Don’t spread nonsense and lead people astray. Literally my wife and sisters train how I explained above and seen results…. Simple as that. Which is why men who train heavy on shoulders, legs etc have big muscles and their 🍑 …

When you do hip trust turn the bench at 90 degrees and lower it, kind of the same position as the hip trust machine, its gonna give you a back support and you'll be able to lift heavier with the same sensation in your glutes :) I've tried this week after doing it the same way as you do and Im no turning back

Ladies if you are new to lifting PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE learn to master the basics before you go standing on plates and getting all fancy. There is no need to be all fancy, if you have not mastered a squat, a RDL, a split squat, a reverse lunge or walking lunges don't move onto fancy stuff. You are not doing your body any favors. You're split squats are one of your only sub 90 degree exercises! For even bigger curves you should try to increase your range of motion and squat depth. Knees over toes baby

Protein shake add more calorie and when you are gaining weight or gaining muscle you need more protein and protein shake are easy to digest. So without protein shake eat more protein food
Do not listen to Sayantikal. You don’t need whey protein to “bulk.” Just eat more carbs and do cardio that isn’t too much. You can incorporate jogging, cycling, HIIT at least 3 times a week so your cardiovascular can make your carbs and protein work for you rather then turn against you. You as a women literally don’t need too much protein. Just lift heavy and do a lot of compound lifts, squats, deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, and overhead presses if need be but most importantly do squats.

45° kickbacks on the cable machine, curtesy lunges and side single leg press have worked well for me! Or any type of abductor exercise
