"I sold the item for what I wanted to sell it for." That is the perfect description for anyone selling an item and seeing it on game or misc picker videos. They might buy something at a garage sale for $2 and sell it for $100 because the seller didn't know what they had but they sold the item what they marked/wanted to sell it for. Resellers then will have to clean it, test(if electronics), research, photograph, list, have a portion taken by the company listing, ship(shipping fees if list for free shipping) and all the work applied to it.
Amazon resellers do not test and clean the games unless they look dirty or damaged, but wait, they don't even accept any damaged or dirty product because that's more work for them and they can't charge 3x the price. They take tons of highly wanted good condition games and remove them from circulation to sell them on an overpriced platform. They're not helping the community.
That Jesse bloke! What a legend! Super friendly, knowledgable and above all a reasonable, no fuss, business person! Would love to see more people like him. Or even more of him! Your man should start his own RUclips channel!!
Hey, it’d be awesome if you could tag the vendors in your videos! Not sure if you’re paying them for the interviews or not, but they’re helping boost your RUclips views, and a little shoutout goes a long way. It’s all about having each other’s backs-small businesses need to stick together these days!
A great look at making amazing deals with vendors. Hearing their input on reselling at cons. Plus CATRP always being up front and offering best dollar for both involved. You guys rock 🤘🏼
"Will you take $270" and he's asking over $400. Ya'll are horrible. "if you guys are sending me a shirt, ill do it" didn't let the guy make hardly any money, but you guys wanna make a lot of profit. selfish
The issue is that guys like Chase don't sell for price charting. They hoard quality games and gatekeep them to "collectors" that have massive wallets and will overpay in their Whatnot auctions or from their Amazon stores. Chodes like this guy and Phoenix Resale are why collecting continues to get more expensive.
If you sold an item definitely a game on EBay for 85.00$ you barely bring 70$ of that. So if you’ve valued that item at 100$ you have now lost 30% off the items value, which isn’t very business savvy.
So you guys try to purchase around 50-60% of what vendors are looking for. So what’s your turn around? Because you guys mark up 100% sometimes even 1000%
Venders do not have any issues with resellers, they have issues with coemption. 90% of venders are resellers, they are all the same, the key for all of them is simple it's called "Profit" as long as they are making profit then everyone is happy! Unlike resellers "Walmart", "Target", Etc. they don't care about you, they only care about $$$$.
i bought a copy of Drill Dozer a couple months ago for $126, I got no clue where tf he's seeing this "$500" price on price charting, even CIB its around $200

Resellers ruin a hobby and need to get real jobs.
Keep shilling

Jesse seems like a cool dude in general
Technically, all the sellers at the Convention are re-sellers.
They are selling something they have bought or have been gifted.

I cant take anyone serious who does not know the $ symbol goes before the numbers. $85.00 $70 $100
@ ah okay $ so you know I can’t take anyone named CxClips seriously either definitely if they cannot understand math.

What is Jessie store called on Mercari
They pinned it for me but it’s JamCollectibles
why dont you guys use 130point for actual sold pricing?
I have that Metroid Zero Mission NFRS

He's talking about the Not For Resale version specifically. They are often more rare than the retail version and collectors will pay more for them.
Nice Jesus love you
Amen 🙏
Will you do $50? I can do $60 because I have $60 in it. Okay (so sad)
Day 1: Do you know any video game conventions near Nebraska?
Nebraska sucks. No one goes there
I’ve tried to escape but they make me stay and watch tornados
What a beard
So what’s Jesse’s selling info? Lol
To your question "Are resellers welcome at game conventions"? Correct me if I'm wrong but Isn't vendor there a reseller?
Here there are vendors of delicious food
🐨
Anyone Got Virtual Bart?
EDUTAINMENT!
I feel like this channel has no goal anymore
Seriously where is chase. It’s boring to watch this guy
The goal is to be entertained if you don’t feel that way it might be time for you to unsubscribe 🤷🏽♂️.
Bro, I'm saying. I feel like majority of the people I'm subscribed to have kind of fallen off and the videos are painfully generic now.
their goal is to make money.
