And there's no wikis or forums about it either, in fact there's barely any results for it on google at all. And to top it off it was made by some no-name company that never made any other game of note and doesn't exist anymore. So yeah it's one of the most obscure games out there.

Looked this game up on RUclips because I still remembered it. I can't lie, I also had fun with it when I was younger. I didn't actually find it that hard to get through the spinning room. As ADHD fueled as the game looks, all you gotta do is stop trying to go as fast as possible and time a jump with a charge attack through the door and you're good.
Went and checked and the game got a 64% on Gamerankings. Also, fun fact, PenPen TriIcelon is the only Dreamcast game to be a launch title in all three regions (NTSC, PAL, and Japan).
Fun fact: it is confirmed here, between 9:15 and 9:20 by Julian, Chris, and Ding Dong, themselves, that all three of them were born in the exact same year of 1990, thus making all three of them 34 years old as of right now. When this video was released, they were all 27 years old.

Oddly enough, the game actually had racer stats if I recall. The ones I most remember are Sneak and Hanamizu. Hanamizu is the fastest of the PenPens, but his control is very lacking. That and Hanamizu has a faster moonwalk, but with the camera being really zoomed in, I can never make it work. Sneak is the fastest of the default PenPens if I recall correctly, yet I have more control of him over Hanamizu.
