FaB*Bo*Peep do u lived in the United States ? I’ve been looking into one of these but I don’t know if you need insurance for it ? And how much insurance would be ? Can u drive these on main streets ?
@@johndillinger3988 Hi John, I live in the UK and have the 2KW version which is limited to a top speed of 45kmh (28mph) and it's therefore treated exactly the same as a 50cc moped. A small fee to the DVLA, (Driver Vehicle and Licensing Agency), to issue you with a vehicle registration number, (you have to display the resulting number plate at the rear of the bike). Insurance is compulsary and you have to wear a helmet. No road tax though. And yes you can then drive it on the road. Insurance is fairly cheap but if like me you have many years worth of no claims discount in a car, unfortunately that does not count for anything and you start on 2 wheels with zero no claims.
So I passed my cbt 2 years ago, ended up getting my bike stolen. Been looking for a nice, easy town rider (work n back) a little food shop, go to my local beauty spot for food, walk, meet up with friends. Love the look of these bikes, wish there was a larger max distance on them as 30 mils on a 4 hour charge seems quite low. though.
I want one of these for commuting 10km each way in city traffic. Do you think it would be good for that? It seems like it's a hard tail with a form of suspension for the seat; would it get annoying over roads that aren't the best?
I think there are better options for city commuting really. The suspension is better suited to smoother stuff and there's no real storage though I guess you could put a bag on the platform under the "tank". Because of manoeuvrability and visibility etc I think an electric moped would probably be a better option for city commuting.
@@RichRides thank you for the reply. The practical considerations are the most important and you bring up good points... But before I saw this I never wanted to ride a moped to work. Little vespa style bikes probably are a great design given they haven't changed a whole lot in decades... But I still don't want to ride one lol
@@btfairweather haha, yes I get that. I was never a fan of scooters but having now spent so long in Asia I totally understand why they are so popular here because of ease of use and practicality.
I'm not a biker but I really enjoyed this video Rich. Watched all of it. I like the way you explain everything in a natural and unbiased way
Thanks Rich!
I've got one of these and use it for my daily commute to work as well as trips around town, it's so much fun :-)
Yes, I can imagine it would be fun for a short daily commute :)

haha that thing is sick! looks like the honda furry too!
Someone else said that it looked like a Honda Fury too! Minus the engine of course, lol :)
Weird seeing a chopper that’s not the loudest thing ever
i like it but i would put a fake plastic or metal silver mould of a engine in the middle it looks so empty, wow is that quiet
IM TRYING TO BUY ONE BUT ALOT OF THE SELLERS SAY NO CALIFORNIA SALES? ANYBODY KNOW WHY OR WHERE I CAN GET IT
It may be worth asking the manufacturers here eco-chopper.sk/
Hello, very good and useful video but please can you let me know where I can get one of these with so many km/h please? Thank you!

How to turn off speed limiter? I have seen a video on RUclips, but didnt work on my bike. Something about hold brake, full throttle and so on.
Sorry, I'm not sure and didn't know you could. It may be worth asking the manufacturers here eco-chopper.sk/
Can you provide me with a link pls
There is really no actual chance of it being a 2 seater right? Maybe if you try and fit on that Lil seat??
No, it's definitely just a single seater with its bobber style seat!
@Mus Tash 🤣🤣🤣
I would like to buy a new headlight. Don’t know where.
I'm not sure either but would try and find an importer of new ones to where you are and see if they can get you one.
Any where to get a replacement charger for the X9?

All the space... surely another battery would fit?
I did think the same...
Or putting a rubber maid bin in there to transport groceries. Just need bungee cords.
@@e.j.alcairo8195 ....I like it 👍
I'm 6ft 4 would you thinknid be too tall for one of these?
GamesfanVR i have about the same lengt. I have one. No problem at all. Real fun owning one
Can u ride it in the rain
Yes, it's waterproof 👍
Were i buy this mirror?
the ground clearance is kinda small!
Yes it's quite low and the suspension was quite stiff so you want to stick to tarmac with one of these.
Can it hold two batteries
It's designed for just 1 but as the battery is removable I guess you could carry a spare as there's probably space on the footboard.
@@RichRides the it's a version of this bike that takes 2 batteries.
You see so many ebike advertising especially on RUclips but haven't seen any like these advertised like the others
what is the speed ? limited and deslimited ?
77kph derestricted
I own one. the fastest I have gotten it up to is 51Km/hr
who made the chopper
This is the manufacturers website eco-chopper.sk/
How much does one cost
These were just for hire but in Europe I believe they are around €1300.
Rich Rides good to know. Thanks
Do u need a licence ?
@@tatwsmawr it depends on the country really. Here in Greece its considered a no license scooter like the xiaomi scooters for now.
@@tatwsmawr Yes
What island is this
Koh Samui, Thailand 👍
