I'm in the same boat right now. I am submitting an appeal and hope it is approved. Like you, I can see my future as a nurse SO VIVIDLY and am disheartened that this is the situation right now.

I'm on my last semester of a BSN program and failed one of my courses. This is my second failed course. I was given one chance to retake a failed class over the summer, but since I've failed this course, I am unable to graduate. I am waiting for an email from the nursing director on what this means for my progression in the program. I have been going to school off and on for the past six years. After watching your video, I am more hopeful that I might be able to appeal and try to get back in and finish that last class. Thanks!
As an education student, I am also facing the same problem and I am terrified of the outcomes of this I watched this video about the whole process, and I regret not watching it before I could submit my appeal letter, however, I have submitted documents that justify my reasons and listening to this actually gives me hope that It might be approved since I am still waiting for an answer from the university. please keep me in your prayers, today I have been even praying for positive feedback.

do you have to retake all the classes from the beginning or just continue where you left off?
Proud of you for appealing. Girl the nursing schools are not offering exams that are necessarily proportional to the NClex. There is a money corruption behind failing students. Appeal appeal and appeal!!

I am in the same predicament as you. The university told me I cannot appeal however I can re-apply after one year. I sent in a new application and have the interview tomorrow to determine if I'll be re-admitted to the university.

Had it been a full year? Or did they offer you grace?
@@bribrii1218 It wasn't a full year. Not sure if they applied grace but I reapplied during the fall semester last year. I got accepted to start back spring 2023 semester.

Look up online and search for your university information on academic appeal and suspension. You will see something like that I just hope it hasn’t passed the deadline for you.

How many students get re-admitted to nursing school?
I am not sure. I guess it depends on the academic history and other things they require for the appeal.
