  • This video is about changing spark plugs on a 2014 Kia Cadenza. This is part 1 of the removal. Part 2 is coming soon. The spark plugs that I used are the NGK Laser Iridium spark plug part #9723. They are the orignal manufature spark plug for the 2014 Kia Cadenza.

Thank you much. This video really helped me do my spark plugs on my 2015 kia sedona. Was a bit of a huge pain but now that I've done it, now I can do it again faster and easier.

Very Helpful video. Just got done changing plugs on wife's 2016 Kia Sedona LX, 3.3 L GDI. Everything was the same, except to get the intake off there were two more 10 mm bolts holding a hose attached to the back of intake that had to be removed. Thanks for taking the time to post the video. Cheers.

This video was a godsend. I lifted the hood on my 2015 Sorento SX with the same engine and couldn't even see the spark plugs.
All became clear, if complex. Thanks as the Stealership would have burnt me a new one.

I can't thank you enough for taking the time to do this vid. I have to replace ones on a 2013 SF 3.3 and have looked everywhere for this exact type of vid. Very good job, great detail. I'm not quite as worried about it now. just takes a little time. Best wishes, Sir.

Hi Mr Davis! Thanks for you videos on the Cadenza. I saw the video for the low beam replacement, but mine is different. I have a 2015 Cadenza and I have the technology package and I think it was called the luxury package, and my headlights are different. I 🤔 nk they are xenon and there is some sort of metal clip attached to the bulb assembly housing that I just can't get off. Have you seen that assembly and do you have any suggestions on how to remove it? Thanks

I see you unplugged the vacuum line at 10:55, what additional thing is needed for install when you out it back on? Did you have to re-vacuum the line or something? I know nothing about vacuum system and am a little afraid to do it without knowing the proper way to put it back on. Thanks!

Yeah our transmission don’t have a dipstick like most vehicles. Our transmission are consider sealed transmission and therefore only the dealership can service it. It’s a bummer because I’m use to changing out the transmission fluid and filter myself.

Sorry let me correct that yes there is a gasket it is on the intake which I did not remove. Its a thin rubber gasket. I removed the surge tank that has no gasket on it.
